Historic charm just one block to King St. Views of outdoor gardens and fountains, private parking

Enter our M2 suite through a traditional Charleston piazza into a charming living room with exposed beams and warm textures. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen bathed in natural light.The back hall leads to the downstairs queen bedroom with a private bathroom across the hall.
The two en suite bedrooms upstairs complete the sleeping arrangements: one with a king bed, private porch and luxurious tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed and features a private entrance to the porch overlooking our outdoor gardens.


Offsite Adult Pool & Gym Amenity
We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space

Jamie, the property manager, went above and beyond to get us in a day early! It was extremely helpful for our situation. She was wonderful!! The place is lovely, extremely clean and very comfortable! Beautiful Charleston

The house is perfectly located—close to shops, restaurants, and the college, but it is also on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. It served as a good base of operations to explore the rest of Charleston, too.

The property was perfect for a family wedding. So close to my sisters, cousins, nephews, nieces. Beautiful grounds with outdoor spaces, expertly decorated and curated interior. We stayed in this apartment while in Charleston for a family wedding. The property was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. The property manager, Jamie, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect location

We stayed in this property while in town for a family wedding. The home is in a great location and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The home was furnished with anything you may need including coffee, dish soap, pots/pans/ dishes, glassware, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was always quick. Jamie was very easy to work with. The parking permit is a plus and nice to have a dedicated place to park. The courtyard area was so nice and we saw people daily cleaning the fountains, blowing leaves off the walkways, etc. It was very clean and well-kept. There is construction on a building right by the property so there was construction noise each morning at 7 am; this has nothing to do with the owners or the property - but just a heads up in case you are staying here in the near future. St. Phillips Square would be an excellent place to stay for a larger group. It is a beautiful place.

The house was everything and more than expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but just want you needed. The amenities were more than expected. There is a beautiful courtyard just out the door if you have a few moments to just sit outside. The manager Jamie was wonderful to work with.

You can't go wrong staying here!

I stayed here for a getaway with two friends. We were so pleased with the accommodations inside and out. Our unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The outside might have been even better with a courtyard and wrap around porches. It's in a great location and we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was one block off King street near all the top restaurants. The porches were wonderful to enjoy some time outside. Everything was clean and the full kitchen was great for our family to make breakfast and snacks. Highly recommend.
