## Logement
Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with two single beds ;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and its unobstructed view of the Bergerie trail.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Ski room, Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Oven, Raclette machine, 2 coffee machines (Nespresso/filter), etc.

Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

!! Summer period 2025: asbestos removal work is planned, there will be noise, scaffolding all around the residence, balconies will be forbidden for safety reasons!!

The accommodation is well laid out:
- south-facing ;
- overlooks a snow garden;
- all amenities nearby (various restaurants, ski pass sales);
- 250 m from a mini-market for your daily needs;
- 5-minute walk from a ski school;
- slope access in front of the building.

## Emplacement
La Plagne is a collection of mountain villages with something for everyone. The resort is made up of 11 villages, each with its own unique personality. You can decide to come with your family or friends, to enjoy the alpine activities, the heritage and the festive evenings offered by the resort. In summer or winter, you'll never be bored, and you'll always find something to do!
