It is known for being one of the first residences built by Jean Lacaze, a famous developer of the Roaring Twenties, who proclaimed at the time that "Pontaillac is an independent seaside resort." It was also occupied by the Germans in 1945 and became a grand pre-war luxury hotel in the 1930s before becoming the superb residence you are about to discover.

This luxury apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, semi-open with a serving hatch that serves as a breakfast bar, a bright main room with a dining and sleeping area featuring a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and internet access. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a sink, washing machine, shower, and heated towel rail, and a separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed and plenty of storage space.

The complex is located at the foot of Pontaillac beach, shops, and restaurants.
