property was good however the dishwasher and disposal both smelled very musty. By accident we turned on the disposal and it sounded terrible like silverware was in it. We did not eat there except to use the coffee maker in the mornings.

College visits

A nice to play to stay while visiting Prescott. Check in was easy. The property was clean. Nice neighborhood. Just wish we could have accessed the complexes pool.

INACCURATE LISTING. NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY.

Very steep stairs at front entrance Motion light at front entrance not operative. Rear alternate access perilous. Other small things I will not bother with and expect to deal with. However, this listing is grossly inaccurate. I tried to contact the property owner after our stay, and have been totally ignored.

Quick weekend in Prescott

We had two adult couples in our party. The two bedrooms/two baths were perfect. House was clean and kitchen had what we needed to cook. Decks are nice for ending or beginning the day. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing last minute getaway!

Excellent Location, Perfect place for 4 people, 2 Decks!

We really love this place not only because of the easy location to the lakes and downtown, but it was a great place especially for the four of us as the bedrooms were separated with their own bathrooms and we really liked the two decks. Nice view too. Our hosts were wonderful of course and we really had no problems to bother her with anyway. A very reasonable price for what you get and we will be back.

The property is conveniently located between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Everything was clean, with all basic necessities provided in the stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable after the days filled with hiking and shopping. Very pleasant experience overall!

Cold and Snowy but Fun Trip

My friend and I traveled up to Prescott from the Valley for an in-door cigar event. Unfortunately, our event was cancelled due to a Winter Storm Warning but we managed to have a great time in spite of the weather. The rental was perfect for the two of us as we sat outside on the deck enjoying the snowfall while also enjoying a few cocktails. The condo was very clean, tastfully decorated, and complete with all the necessities of home. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace once we came back inside to warm up. This condo is currently for sale at a reasonable price and I would consider buying it myself if I didn't already have three properties to care for down here in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Great stay!

Always a nice visit

Beautiful place to stay. Was a last min rental as another place we booked canceled on us last min :( Boo on vrbo for that! But, very happy this was available, so.... better stay for us! :) Beautiful property. Easy to find. Owners were very responsive and considerate. Equipped with everything you could need and more. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Prescott getaway

Beautiful view off the back patio. This stay was very clean and i love the split floor plan. Highly recommend a stay here. The property manager let us know we could even check in early. Very easy to communicate.

Great communication which was appreciated. Cute and comfortable. Nice to have 2 decks ( but we had snow so couldn’t enjoy) and comfortable bedrooms. The furniture was stylish and in good condition. Tip - if you are a light sleeper take the bedroom to the front of the house as the highway noise in the back bedroom made for a restless night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay
