This charming apartment, nestled on the third floor of a building without elevator, offers you :
- a lovely little balcony with table to enjoy the view over the tree-lined courtyard,
- a comfortable living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, fridge),
- a pretty bedroom with a sofa convertible into a double bed,
- bathroom with bath and toilet,
- hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes hangers,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

After 10pm, loud noises are no longer accepted.

## Neighborhood

The quiet, leafy neighborhood is ideally located between the racecourse and the city center. A modern aquatic center is due to open in 2024, adding an extra touch of relaxation to the area. Don't forget the market held in the Halles parking lot on Wednesday and Sunday mornings out of season, where you can buy extra fresh fish and seafood. As you explore the town center, you'll inevitably notice the Grand Hôtel and casino, as well as the 150 Belle Époque villas! Take advantage of the proximity of numerous cafés and restaurants, perfect for convivial moments. When it comes to dining, let yourself be tempted by seafood at Le Baligan, or by a gastronomic experience at Le Bouche à Oreille or Le Jeff.
