You will find us nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. With a cozy little 3 bd, 2 bath rustic FarmHouse. The farmhouse has all the amenities you will need. Durning your stay you can enjoy fishing in the private lake, nature walks, wildlife, and an amazing view of the night sky. During your stay help yourself to any fresh vegetables in the garden. The farmhouse is located close to a number of vineyards, wineries, breweries, distilleries, swimming areas, fishing areas, and hiking trails. ( NOTE: The lake is very low at this time due to drought in the area. Also if you are visiting during the rainy season please bring older shoes. There is no sidewalk from the driveway to the farmhouse and the farm gets a little muddy at times.) We are in the country but not too far out.

It was a little piece of serenity. We loved looking out the windows or sitting on the porch and seeing the horses, ducks or birds around us! Very peaceful and Tammy left fresh eggs in refrigerator for us!
We had an amazing time on our stay. Tami and her hubby were very welcoming and super accommodating. The only regret we have is that we wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Not that it mattered, but the house is a double-wide. Did not know that. The host was the best. Gave us fresh eggs! Had trouble with the TV, but we were there to play cards. It rained, so it was a bit muddy around the house, so bringing luggage in was a little hard. Loved going out to see the horses. Also, live chickens were fun to watch in their pen. Super clean house. Pricing affordable.
We came up for my 23rd birthday. The house and location was amazing, we barely wanted to leave! Tami was an amazing, flexible and caring host. Definitely my best stay anywhere so far, couldn’t recommend enough!
The pictures don’t do it justice! It was a lovely farmhouse, very well stocked, and spacious! Plenty of room for 6 of us. We had more time we would have used all of the amenities, like the hot tub! It just needed an old piano to make it even better! ;)
This is a lovely property. This was our first time to Dripping Springs. Property was very close to our wedding venue. Very clean and nicely decorated. The rooster greeted us immediately which we thought was funny. Owner very responsive. We will stay here again. Thanks!!
Tami was amazing and her property was beautiful! Tami was so welcoming and thoughtful about every detail that she put into my stay. I so enjoyed my stay and getting to escape to her little farm.
This was a great space with attentive hosts! Communication with the host was excellent. There were multiple amenities-- they thought of anything you could ever forget on a trip! One of the best parts was the fresh eggs every morning. The home is in a beautiful natural area with amazing night skies. We all felt very much at home. We definitely would stay here again.
Good Evening
Tami was a great Hostess.
We had an amazing experience with the the owners. They gave us our space and also provided us with a cleaning service.

The host was very communicative, easy to work with and super nice (she even left us some fresh eggs in the fridge).
The house was very cute and fun. We enjoyed walking in the garden, seeing the chickens, saying hi to the horses, walking around the lake and we didn’t even get a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit.
Great experiences. 5 stars easy!!
This property was awesome! The owner met us at the door, baked us a fresh apple pie, showed us around and answered all the questions we had. We will rent again if in the Austin area.
Our host was amazing! She was waiting for us and right away, we knew we had made the right choice. So friendly and ready to accommodate use in every way. Her farm house is a home away from home. Absolutely beautiful!
Tami is a great host! She met us on arrival offering lots of local insights to Dripping Springs shopping along with best ways to get to our wedding brewery/Winery venues. Bed & baths had thoughtful extras. Kitchen well equipped with a few snacks in the fridge to get us started. The fresh farm eggs were a nice treat! Convenient to the entire west Austin area. Would stay again!

This little gram is a hidden local gem in hill country. Host Tami was super nice, check in with you during your stay and bring fresh farm eggs. Very clean. (White) towel and amenities. Kitchen is well stocked, she put water, soda and snack in the refrigerator for you. And even a bottle of wine from local winery for us to enjoys. We are here only 2 nights to attend a wedding and fall in love with this place. There is a lake in the back and the host stock firewood and a bbq Grill in the patio perfect for a fall weather. Too hot in July to do much this time outside during the day, but would like to come back and enjoy a picnic and bbq in the winter and stay in this little farm house. Well decorated. I can tell the owner put a lot of thoughts into this Airbnb. Don’t miss out if you have a small group gathering.
My fiancé and I stayed here with our parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed unwinding by the lake and walking around the nature trail on the property. The property is beautiful and it was a nice getaway from the city. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs for breakfast every morning. Tami was an amazing host during our stay and really represented Texas hospitality. We have already shared this property with friends who often rent VRBO properties in the area.
First impression scared me because of the screen porch looked
so old and dusty that I imagined raccoons getting in the house at night but inside was very comfortable and warm with all the accoutrement's that all in our party could want. The host's are the best and right on the property. Seeing the chickens and lake was magnificent, the smell of horses. It's very country but the simplicity if also refreshing.
Charming farm with everything you'll need and more!
Our entire stay was wonderful! Before we even arrived, Tami was in contact with us so she could give us a tour upon arrival. Our kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, a basket of snacks, and even a bottle of wine! The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions, and provided us with a flashlight and generator due to an incoming storm.
The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and this farmhouse had all the amenities you could want! The hosts are top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. From rocking chairs on the front porch, to the cozy hot tub for 2, this farm is a must-stay if you are looking for a unique setting near Dripping Springs.
If you love country, vintage and rustic, you will love this place! Very charming decide
The Little Farmhouse is very nostalgic and cozy. Think grandma's old house, decorated with charming vintage artifacts and decor, complete with chickens and farm fresh eggs.
I hate to give a glowing report cuz I would like to keep this place a secret, but the property is awesome, the owners are even better. You have all the comforts of home, but are in the country. Very near town, but you have horses, chickens and deerall over the property. It was great.
This rental was even better in person! The hosts were so nice and the home was decorated so cute for the fall season. We enjoyed the horses, chickens and walk to the lake. Lots of personal touches and little unexpected surprises, like fresh eggs in the fridge. Would definitely recommend this to others!
The house was hidden from the road somewhat so a little hard to find. The house was done up so cute. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was on the property and greeted us when we drove in. Highly recommend.
