I am Minnesotan who has lived in Colorado for 24 years. The Aspen valley has amazing trails, skiing, trails a super river and has fewer crowds. There are great restaurants and my property is a perfect property for friends or families who like to be active outside, in town and then relax after a full day. Lots of internet power here too for cloud living.
Why they chose this property
The location is peaceful and perfect. Look outside and see Aspen trees, mountains and the greenery that surrounds this lovely townhome complex.
What makes this property unique
This location is quiet and peaceful - one block away is the Roaring Fork River, and also the Rio Grand bike trail which goes from Carbondale to Aspen - a great bike trail.
