Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath historic home located 1block from New Orleans’ best shopping and dining (Magazine Street) and only a short walk to famous St. Charles Ave.
This Victorian home is well-appointed on a lush residential street parallel to Magazine St. surrounded by gorgeous Victorian and Greek Revival homes.

Stroll down the tree-lined sidewalks and find yourself in the Garden District surrounded by famous, historic homes or take the charming St. Charles street car line (just 6 blocks away) to the French quarter for a night of dancing! Relax on your front porch sipping a cocktail or experience some of the famous restaurants - like Shaya, Petite Grocery, and Lillette - just steps away on Magazine Street.
This location has the best of New Orleans all within walking distance and even more, like Audubon Park and Zoo just a short 10 minute bike ride away (straight shot down the street).
This classic Victorian home is well designed and beautifully maintained. Designed and built in 1875 with majestic grand Victorian details like plaster medallions, stained class, and grand stair hall. Our home has been carefully renovated to provide modern comforts without sacrificing originality and charm. This includes central air, gorgeous chandeliers on dimmers, strong wifi throughout, chefs kitchen, and a full-size washer dryer!
2-STORY LAYOUT!
The two-story layout is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining in style and comfort. The first level welcomes you with a grand stair hall and a generous double parlor. The living and dining rooms have original (decorative) fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. A large eat-in chef’s kitchen is located just beyond the dining room and opens to a lush, private yard and deck. Great for entertaining.
On the second level you’ll find three hotel-style bedrooms (two have original decorative fireplaces and balconies), two full bathrooms, a gorgeous sun-drenched gallery hall and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, clothing steamer, iron and board.
This historic 1800s Victorian boasts 12- foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows throughout, original woodwork, stain glass, and four original (decorative) fireplaces.

The Atlantic hurricane season typically runs from June 1 through November 30 each year, and tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding, and other serious weather phenomena, even if unlikely, may be possible during that time.

For bookings over 30 days, a separate rental agreement must be signed.
