Apartment was fine. Building/Neighborhood NOT Good

The interior is fine. Everything but a washer/dryer. Additional towels would have been lovely. The apartment is right across from the train station and not in a good way. Decent restaurants/pleasant neighborhoods are a taxi ride away. The building exterior is grungy and the area not comfortable.
