Our 75m2 villa is comfortable and has a bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
Close to cycle paths, the house is 50 metres from the popular La Redoute beach and has private, secure parking for 2 vehicles.
Accessibility to the beaches is one of the house's major assets, both for swimming and fishing. The beaches of Phare des Baleines and Trousse-Chemise and its banc du bucheron are just a few minutes' walk away.
Close to the centre of the village of Les Portes-en-Ré, this villa will appeal to cycling enthusiasts, who will be able to park their bikes easily in the enclosed, private grounds.
