For your vacation we offer you this charming air-conditioned villa, ideal for family or friends holidays.

On the ground floor you will find a large and beautiful living room very bright with open kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its barbecue area.

Upstairs you will find the four bedrooms as well as a shower room and a bathroom.

A first very bright bedroom thanks to its terrace equipped with a king size bed in 160 x 200 cm. Then we have two additional bedrooms each equipped with a single bed (these two are convertible into a double bed 140) ideal for children!

Two steps from the first three bedrooms you will find a very spacious shower room equipped with a double sink.

Finally, a third bedroom is available to you, this one is equipped with another king size bed in 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a good sized bathtub.

Outside you have a large terrace equipped with several deckchairs, a table in a shaded area for your meals and a large swimming pool.

Don't worry, access to the swimming pool is secured by a barrier!

Parking:
In the garden it is possible to park two vehicles in a row.

Equipment:
Outdoor barbecue, a microwave, a fridge, a large freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker are at your disposal; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 8 people. There is also a washing machine

The environment:
La Cadière d'Azur, located in the southwest of the Var, very close to the Mediterranean, is a characterful perched Provencal village that has retained all its authenticity. Its panoramic view allows you to discover under an azure blue sky, the lush countryside of the Paluns plain, in the distance the Sainte Baume massif and the bay of St-Cyr-La Ciotat.

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.

- Single bed sheets: €80.
