This vacation rental is located in Anse à l'Âne, in Trois-Ilets, on the south Caribbean coast of Martinique.
Only 2 minutes from Anse à l'Ane and 10 minutes from Pointe du Bout as well as Anses-d'Arlet, this magnificent villa benefits from an ideal location, close to the beautiful beaches of the south and to all the surrounding amenities.

This 5-bedroom sea view villa comfortably accommodates 10 travelers (maximum 11 travelers, an extra bed can be set up with an extra charge, only for 1 additionna kid). It is composed of 3 master suites and 2 additional bedrooms with shared bathroom.

This villa offers nice services with its large volumes, its contemporary decoration, its large covered terrace and its huge infinity pool.
Surrounded by a lush vegetation, it is a real paradise with a beautiful sea view from the terrace.

The villa L'écrin is built on 2 floors and is composed as follows :

1st level: an air-conditioned master suite with double bed 160 and bathroom with bath and toilet

First floor: a living room with TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two parental suites with adjoining shower room and toilet, a bedroom with double bed 140 and a bedroom with two single beds 90, a shower room with toilet, a closet under the stairs, an office

Outside: a 10m x 5m salt water swimming pool surrounded by a deck, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with a living room and a dining table, a staircase leading to the electric gate and parking spaces

At the airport exit, take the direction towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead. After about 12 kilometers, take the exit TROIS-ILETS.

Continue straight for 5.3 kilometers (watch out for the fixed radar).
At the first traffic circle, continue straight ahead. At the second traffic circle, take the first exit towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Drive through the village of Les Trois Ilets until you reach the next roundabout. At the roundabout, continue straight ahead. You will drive along the golf course which is on your right.

At the next traffic circle, continue straight on the D7 for 1.7 kilometers. At the traffic circle go straight on. You arrive at Anse à l'Ane. Go past the gas station and continue straight for about 300m.

You will find yourself in a small hill where you will see in front of you a boat (yawl) on the side of the road, take the entrance just on the right "Rue de la Murène - Allée les Naïades", then on the left "Lotissement Pointe Blanche".

Continue a few meters and the villa L'Ecrin will be on your left, the villa is at number 8.
