If you are craving a relaxing coastal getaway with leisurely mornings without an alarm and long afternoons spent listening to the waves with your toes snuggled in the sand, look no further. Unwind and take in sparkling pool views from the spacious covered porch and enjoy miles of walking and bike paths that will lead you to the most picturesque beach communities.

Happy Ours Too features open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas where gathering the family to make the most of those vacation memories will be easy. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, island-themed beach décor,  flatscreen TVs, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with recent updates, cable, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an updated kitchen for all your home-cooked beach meals.

Sleeping accommodations include a private primary king bedroom featuring an en suite bath with shower/tub combination and single vanity, a serene queen guest room, and a secondary guest room with twin bunk beds. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower and single vanity. 

Relax on the covered porch as you enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a glass of wine or a cold iced tea. Happiness is making plans for the next vacation in the middle of an existing one, and we’re sure Happy Hours Too will inspire you to start planning!

The center of the cottage community focuses on the large pool deck which includes an outdoor shower, plenty of seating and loungers, and a hot tub for those cool evenings. Deeded beach access to the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast is a short walk from your front door. Be sure to pack your shades and SPF!

Beyond this picturesque community, locals find enjoyment in traveling along Hwy 30A. The highway meanders through picture-perfect lakes, dunes, and the artfully designed areas of Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and more. This little strip of Florida's coastline is serene and heavenly. It will take your breath away and create truly amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

Lovely Beach Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little beach cottage only a short walk from the sand (less than 5 minutes). We loved having the pool and hot tub right out the back door! We have stayed in the little community once before, and we loved both experiences. The house had one small maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly with a phone call to the property manager, who was very nice & helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Adorable cottage, great location!

We loved this cottage and it was perfect for two couples for the weekend. Kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable, and proximity to pool and hot tub was perfect. It was nice walking distance to the beach and easy drive into Seaside and Watercolor/Grayton Beach area for shopping. Will.stay here again!

The cottage was great and perfect for our family of four. All the cooking utensils we needed and wifi for the preteens! A 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right there. Easy access to downtown area by car or bike. We would definitely stay again.

Great location! Pool is just steps away from the back patio. White sandy beach with crystal clear water just a 5 minute walk. Condo was perfect!! Very clean, has everything you need for a great vacation!! Beds are very comfortable. Would love to come back to this wonderful vacation spot!!

Second time staying....

We love this cottage so much. We booked this cottage 3 years ago and loved it so much we booked it this year. Its shaded, close to the beach and a quiet. The pool and hot tub is a plus as well. Hated to leave.

Property is exactly as advertised. We loved being close to the beach and having the pool. The pool was never too crowded and had great energy. Beach access was great. Had a minor snafu at check-in, but owners got back quickly and resolved. Hope to come back soon.

It fit everyone comfortably, it was really clean and had enough basic toiletries to last a week. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The location is fantastic. It was nice to walk to the beach and come home and jump in the pool right off the back porch. There are no beach towels so remember to pack your own. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

EASY, close to beach, lots of amenities

I can't say enough nice things about this beach bungalow... It's so EASY---a great layout, not cluttered with a bunch of stuff to move around; close to the beach--and not one that's crowded; a hot tub and pool that we had to ourselves in October; bikes that make it so simple to get to Seaside or Rosemary... I would highly recommend this location and this particular cottage.

Perfect Location/Great Price

Our first time to the area, this was the perfect location to be a short jaunt to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside. Just what we needed for a friend trip of beach, shopping, and great restaurants. Quick response from property owner. Fun beach decor and bikes and beach equipment was a plus-not to mention the pool and hot tub out the back door.
