Located near the river which runs through Argentière, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the chalet is above all a peaceful place where you can benefit from the calm of nature without being cut off from the activity of the village, by being located close to restaurants, shops and the Grands Montets station.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, separate toilet, equipped kitchen, living room with a view overlooking the Argentière glacier and Mont-Blanc, terrace facing Mont-Blanc.
The first bedroom has a 160 bed with comfortable bedding, a large closet. The second and third bedrooms are adjoining, and consist for the first of a bunk bed accommodating two 90/200 beds, and a cupboard, and for the second of a 160 bed with comfortable bedding.
The living room has a fireplace and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Argentière glacier.
You have a kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, a multifunction oven, a three-drawer fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and multiple small appliances.
You have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as a room at the entrance to the chalet to store your ski equipment. Of course the chalet is equipped with a connected TV and WIFI.
The chalet is pleasantly located in the center of the village of Argentière (Chamonix-Mont-Blanc) and everything, absolutely everything can be done on foot: bakery, shopping, tourist office, mountain house, bus stops, restaurants, bars , everything is accessible within a 5/10 minute walk from the chalet.
However, nature remains very present as the chalet is often visited by deer, birds, squirrels and foxes.
As for the ski resorts, the one that is in the immediate vicinity is that of Grands Montets (10 minutes on foot - 5 minutes by bus).
If you want to go to the very hilly and family-friendly "TOUR" station - take the bus at the "LA FIS" stop located above the "LE FOURNIL" bakery which is in the shopping arcade just behind the SUPER U. You you can also take in front of the bus stop covered by a bus shelter and which goes up to the TOUR station, another bus which will take you down in 5 minutes to the Grands Montets ski resort or will take you down towards Chamonix in all the other resorts (La Flégère, Le Brévent).
The fact remains that the Grands Montets resort is THE great ski resort, where there is very often the best snow cover and everything you need for children too.
