I rent a 50 square meter guest house in the Marche, at the foot of the village of Monte Giberto, 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of the Adriatic Sea. The house is located, a bit away from the main house (Casa Ambra), in the picturesque solitude of an olive grove to one side and a large orchard to another. The view extends to the Monte Sibillini, which are suitable for skiing up to 2450 m in winter. A swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) with a depth of 1.80 m invites you to swim and under the big laurel trees you can dream in the hammock. The houses include a 1500 square meter garden, where in addition to 4 different types of figs also peaches, apricots, tangerines, oranges, grapefruit, kakis, plums, table grapes and various vegetables grow. You are welcome to, for the holidays, serve! House and garden are surrounded by a high fence, whose gate is opened electrically. The main house is not rented, but only inhabited by the owner, so no bustle!

Our village and the port city with sandy beach:
Porto San Giorgio is the nearest seaside resort and can be reached in about 20 minutes. In addition to the large marina many small restaurants and bars line the sandy beach. Here is also the nearest railway station.
Monte Giberto, the municipality has about 830 inhabitants and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes uphill. There are shops, the post office, a pharmacy, 2 bars, bakery, a small supermarket which also Frischfleich, sausage and cheese leads and a very good Osteria.
Several large supermarkets are within a 15-minute drive.

Eating, drinking and shopping:
