Three story, private townhome, with incredible front row views of the river, lake and the mountains. Walk out onto multiple decks and enjoy the glory of the mountains and listen to the roaring river just steps from the bottom floor of the townhome. You have a private entrance and there is no townhome in the Vail Racquet Club with this kind of view!
The townhome just underwent a renovation, so everything is fresh and new for your enjoyment. The living room boasts two story ceilings and a great wood fireplace. The dining room opens up to a patio for indoor outdoor dining and living areas. There are two masters with king beds (one with a private balcony and one with two story ceilings and access to the outside) as well as a perfect bedroom for kids or visitors with custom built-in bunk beds. All bedrooms include unobstructed views of the lake and the mountains!
We provide all the kitchen essentials, a Nespresso machine (with a few pods included but please bring your own for further enjoyment), a regular coffee machine is available as well. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. TVs are in the living room as well as in two of the other bedrooms and Sonos entertainment system for your music needs.
Great mountain charm is experienced throughout the townhome and we lovingly call it the Moose Lodge!
There are two bus stops near the townhome to take you to Vail village. Across the pond you have a fantastic playground for the kids to enjoy as well as hiking trails that begin near the townhome and stretch as far as Frisco or Beaver Creek. The unit is near great biking trails including to the top of Vail pass and to Vail village and beyond. Enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and all your winter activities and warm up by the wood fireplace at the condo. Or in the summer enjoy hiking, biking, great festivals and concerts, and wind down by the river or on the deck. Close to the Vail golf course.

Racquet Club Information
We can provide access to the Vail Racquet Club amenities for an additional fee. You can pay a daily drop-in fee ($35/adult and $15/child, subject to change) at the club front desk.
The racquet club amenities include:

• Year round heated, outdoor, 25 meter, 5 lane pool
• 2 hot tubs (one is adult only)

Other Pertinent Information
• This is a rental by owner and as such Vail Racquet Club resort services (front desk, concierge, lobby, keys, housekeeping, maintenance, atc) are not available. If you require housekeeping we can arrange that for an extra charge.
• This townhome is very “vertical” with three levels worth of stairs, so please keep that in mind if you have those who have a hard time walking up and down stairs or toddlers running around unsupervised
• The outdoor area backs up to a river, so special consideration is needed
• Pets of any kind are not allowed
• No smoking of any kind inside or directly outside of the townhome
• We can accommodate up to 8 people
• There is ample parking throughout the resort, but parking passes are required so please contact us in advance for how many cars will be there. Two spots are available in front of the townhome. If there are more they will need to park in the overflow lot and must be coordinated at least one week ahead of arrival
• There are HOA quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am
