## Neighborhood

Caluire is a charming, lively village. The numerous buses at the foot of the building will take you to the iconic districts of Lyon to visit.

The town of Caluire-et-Cuire finds the perfect balance between proximity to the conveniences of Lyon and offers a high quality of life to its residents.

Certified as a "Flowered City and Village," the town offers pedestrian trails, a Greenway ideal for leisurely walks, and landscaped parks, making it a space appreciated by nature lovers. The beauty of the Parc Saint-Clair will surely convince you to stop by.

You will also discover the surprising Saint-Clair Water Factory, dating back to 1854 and classified as a Historic Monument, where visits are regularly organized.

Not far from the apartment are the banks of the Saône, home to 3 of the legendary Paul Bocuse restaurants: the Fond Rose Brasserie, the L'Ouest Brasserie, and the gastronomic restaurant Paul Bocuse at Abbaye de Collonges.

There is a bus stop just 1 minute's walk away.

PART DIEU TRAIN STATION / APARTMENT: To reach the apartment from Part Dieu station, take bus C6 towards Campus Lyon Ouest and get off at the Parc Tête d'Or Duquesne stop. Then take bus 38 towards Caluire - Pl. Bascule and get off at the Hôpital Croix-Rousse stop. The apartment is a 1-minute walk away.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT: To reach the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express to Part Dieu train station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie. Then take the metro A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville L. Pradel. Finally, take bus C13 towards Montessuy Gutenberg and get off at Hôpital Croix-Rousse. The apartment is a 1-minute walk away.
