Discover this stunning apartment with authentic charm, located on Rue Pouteau, right in the heart of the historic district of Lyon's 1st arrondissement. Its location is ideal, close to the city's restaurants and cultural sites such as the Amphitheatre of the Three Gauls, Traboules, and Cour des Voraces.
Our apartment is fully equipped to ensure your comfort. You will be charmed by its spacious, bright living room, adorned with stone walls and French-style ceilings. You will find a lounge with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, armchairs, a coffee table, and a television. The dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, hood, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table with chairs is also available.
The bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, shower, washbasin, and storage unit. Separate toilets.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140x200cm double bed, a desk, and storage, and the other with a 140x200cm double bed and storage spaces.
For your convenience, we provide a washing machine with an integrated dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Additionally, portable fans are available to keep you cool on warmer days.
