Luxury North Woods Lake Home in Minong, WI

Originally a duplex we have reinvented the space into a large single-family home. Sleeps 23 comfortably in beds. Sandy bottom beach just feet from your Lodge doors, no steps to the beach just a gentle slope down to the lake. Our pier is easy to fish from or dock your pontoon or boat, in Gilmore Lake which is a full recreational lake. We have also included 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, life jackets and plenty of beach toys and chairs. The Lodge features a double size deck with seating for 23 people. We have 2 full size kitchens (1 on the main level and 1 in lower level). Kitchens are fully furnished with all dishes, coffee makers, espresso, pots & pans with 3 fridges & 1 freezer. You just bring your food and enjoy all the amenities which are included. We have 2 fireplaces; one is a gas fireplace the other is wood. 3 laundry areas. 3 TV's with DirecTV including a rec room with a big screen TV. In addition to wireless internet, there is additional support for remote business and learning including a 2nd dedicated internet link and a Landline for domestic phone calls. Fire pit and corn hole game with plenty of room for catch, soccer or any other outdoor fun and charcoal grill. Driveway recently widened and room for trailers and parking. We've got it all!! We are 30 minutes from Hayward and Spooner and 50 minutes from Rice Lake and Duluth. Plenty of activities and day trips for all.

Excellent Group Stay

This was our third time staying as a group to celebrate all things Birkie. Very accommodating for a wide variety of needs. The bathroom to bedroom ratio is wonderful. Perfect.

Great Spacious Lodging

We had 15 people (2 kids) stay here for a weekend, and it is very nice. It is very spacious, lots of rooms and bathrooms, and well stocked. It has a nice beach and storage shed with kayaks, bean toss, etc. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing place.

Great time!

We have a large family and were very happy with the bedroom setups and especially all the bathrooms available. The kitchen counter bar and table are a great setup. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything you could need or want to prepare meals etc. We are looking for a return visit next year.

This is a beautiful rental property! Always very clean and well maintained. The lake is perfect for lounging, fishing and water sports. The property manger is excellent to work with and easy to contact. We are already booked for next year!

Great house and lake

House had plenty of room for the 14 of us. Lake was awesome and not busy. The only bad thing was the mosquitoes. This was our second year here and hope to be back next year

Family vacation

Property is wonderful, better than the photos. We all had our own space and meals together. Plenty of refrigerators and bathrooms for our needs. The kids did a lot of fishing on the dock. Great vacation.

Awesome property!

We are a family of 15- ranging from ages 11 to 86. The kitchen was set up for cooking for this large of group and it had everything we needed. The lake was awesome for the kids And fishing was good! Nearby towns for shopping and Minongs Farmers market on Wednesdays was awesome. I would highly recommend!!

Just as good as the first time

We stayed here again for a board gaming retreat weekend with a dozen people plus two kids and a dog. The property is great for large groups like this, with tons of different spaces for people to spend time, plus varied rooms for couples, singles, and families. Everything is super well maintained and stocked, with excellent kitchens and storage. We will be coming back again next year.

Spacious Northwoods

The house was spacious enough for our 23 people (5 families). For the kids, the beach was sandy and shallow, fishing was great, and the property was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great property!

Perfect family and friends gathering spot

The property had everything, great fishing, great spot for 4 wheeling, trails right out the door. Plenty of indoor room and outdoor room for everyone to gather and eat and play games. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect spot for a group to gather and want their to be enough room for everyone. Beautiful scenery, and very peaceful.
