With its ideal location, this charming one-bedroom apartment is situated in a small two-story building, directly across from the famous Halles Paul Bocuse and its shops and restaurants, including the renowned Maison Cellerier.

We also offer a second apartment in the same building with two bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

No elevator.

The apartment is located on the second floor and includes:

A spacious living area with a lounge space, sofa bed (160x190 cm)
A fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, induction hob, microwave, small refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and a modular dining table with 4 chairs
A beautiful bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), nightstands with lamps, storage furniture for clothes, and blackout curtains on the windows
A shower room with a sink and storage unit, hairdryer
Separate WC with a small washbasin
Air conditioning
Vacuum cleaner, mop, and some cleaning products
Important: No Wi-Fi and no TV.

Bedding and Essentials
Upon arrival, you will find bedding and basic products provided.

The bed will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation
1 towel per person for the duration of the stay (if additional towels are needed, please bring your own)
1 dish towel for the kitchen, 1 bath mat for the bathroom

1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge
Coffee capsules & tea bags provided upon arrival

It's concentrated and convenient with the Part-Dieu shopping center and Halles Paul Bocuse, and more spread out and diverse in the heart of the various districts. Looking for entertainment or a change of pace? From Saint-Exupéry Airport to the apartment:
Take the Rhône Express toward Part-Dieu station, get off at Part-Dieu station, and walk to the apartment in 5 minutes.
