This is a family-friendly gated community with 24-hour security with private boat ramp, updated playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and a large heated pool with beautiful views of the bay. Laundry rooms are available close to this unit. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the Florida Keys. This lot is located Less than 2 miles from John Pennekamp State Park, where there are boat/kayak rentals, snorkeling/scuba trips, and glass bottom boat tours.
