There is ongoing construction occurring at the Aegean through 2025. Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. Please be advised, there is a working barricade between the back of the building and construction traffic. Please also be advised that your party will need to go around the work being done. Please be advised, property is under construction until 2025. Pool will be closed until March.

The owner has also added technology to the heating and air conditioning system specifically designed to clean the airflow in the unit of toxins, dust, mold, viruses and bacteria. This means healthier indoor air flowing throughout the unit.
