It includes a fully stocked kitchen, queen size bed, gas range, central AC, W/D in unit, porch and a patio includes outdoor furniture, a grill, 2 beach passes and all utilities are included! We also provide cable/WiFi. We provide linens and if you need beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc don’t worry we will provide it for you! 🤩
