We are located in Windward Pointe #206.

We are Beach Front, directly on the beach. Walk out the building and you are immediately on the beach.

Come have your Fall/Winter FLING with us! / 2 night minimum. Summer season is by the week only. The pictures don't do it justice!

We now have a new computerized parking system. You pay directly at the kiosk at the condo. Easy.

This condo is ONLY 16 STEPS TO THE GROUND FLOOR, an easy walk back for snacks, drinks and no waiting for an elevator! We also provide a porta-crib and porta-high chair to make your life even easier.

Beautiful view and excellent communication

The condo was in a perfect location and with a gorgeous view. There were a couple of issues we had to contact the owner about - nothing major, a fire alarm battery that was chirping and needed to be replaced and wifi stopped working - but she instantly responded with a phone call and text and had the issues resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location and easy to work with!

This was my first time to Orange Beach. This was also my first "family vacation" with my girlfriend and her teenage daughter. We all had a blast!! The beach was beautiful, though often full. The pool was clean and the property fairly well-maintained.

As the titles says, every thing was perfect from the beginning to the end! One of the nicest condo’s we have stayed in. Anita was very responsive when I had a question and she even called to check in on us to make sure everything was good. Loved the beach closet that was full of beach chairs, floats etc. will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

This is the third year that we have booked this condo. The location in the corner unit makes for easy beach and pool access. Other than loading and unloading you won’t need to rely on the ever evasive elevators (this became important to us after staying on the 21st floor of another condo with one working elevator). This condo is very well equipped from the well stocked kitchen to the incredible closet of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We will book this condo again.

Huge porch!

Host was super sweet. We had gloomy, wet weather so wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. Porch was wet because so foggy. Kids loved the indoor pool (nice & warm!) & kiddie pool outside. The outdoor closet was amazing bc everything you’d need the beach. It was cold & rainy, so we didn’t use it, but would be a huge perk for the summer. You can hear waves being on a lower level.

Was really lied too

It was the perfect place and I knew the property was being worked on. 2 days before I come I was told they was working on the deck if I wanted to cancel I could where was I going to find a place in 2 days. We couldn't set on the deck I was fine with that but then the workers wrapped the deck with plastic we couldn't see the ocean. It would be a perfect stay . Make sure they are not working on any building your staying in or around!

It was ok

Just lacking overall. Wasn’t a nightmare, but also left a lot to be desired. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel. Big box of a piece of furniture in one of the rooms. Other members of my party would probably be more harsh. It was a fabulous beach, it was nice to be on the second floor. But Orange Beach is not friendly to walk around. No separate sidewalks you are just walking on the road. Basically, they went the cheap route on everything, but beach was awesome.

They should have mentioned the construction work being done.

When I booked it online there was No mention of construction work being done on all the balcony floors from 8am to 5pm. Which means that they closed the balconies during that time. The noise was not an issue it was the fact that we could not sit outdoors and enjoy the view all day. And because of the work the pools were also closed except the indoor pool which you have to walk across the parking lot to get to but it was nice at least. Over all the place and room was nice but had I known about the construction work and the balcony being closed off for the price we paid I would have booked another condo.
