You can be Kissed by the Sun Too in this newly renovated, newly redecorated condo! Located just 1.5 miles from The Bagnell Dam Strip and within the 1 mm by water. From the parking lot this unit is down 14 steps to the bottom floor level. Walking to the unit on the left you will find a quaint rocked area with table, chairs, and gas grill. This area is plenty shaded for your outside seating and cooking enjoyment.
Walking in the front door you will enter the dining area with a table to seat 6, a bench and 4 chairs. The living room is cozily situated for seating on the L-shaped sofa, and 2 armchairs, one with ottoman. A large flat screen, Smart TV or an incredible Lake View from the living room- you choose! Nearly floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows from the living room to the master bedroom pull you into this amazing view!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large flat screen TV with Roku, walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and sliding glass doors to the porch. The second and third bedrooms are opposite, just passed the entry and kitchen. Both bedrooms have Roku TVs and ceiling fans. One offers a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. The full bath sets between both bedrooms at the hallway. The galley style kitchen has seating for 4 at the counter bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic baking and cooking needs. For your extended stay there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility closet just off the kitchen.
The screened in porch may just be where you spend your entire vacation! Vibrantly decorated like the rest of the condo! You can close the shades for privacy or open them to take in the full sun and cliff top views! Seating for all with a wicker love seat, 2 patio chairs, and 1 high table and 2 chairs.
Harbour Towne Condo complex offers 2 pools, tennis courts, and playground - all very family friendly!
Boat slip 12x28 is $45/night. Please be sure to mention at booking if you need to reserve the slip.
