Welcome to Marina Retreat.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is in the beautiful, gated community of The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina where you are surrounded by stunning views! The location is ideal for easy on/off island access and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, the Pier area and so much more!

Enjoy the views from a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, plus a spacious balcony set off from both the master bedroom and living area. Start each day with an island sunrise and each evening with the sun setting on boats in the harbor.

Amenities include a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, Smart TVs, wireless internet access, personal desk space and a sleeper sofa. A community pool, hot tub, fish cleaning nook and gas grill. Parking is available in the covered garage.

Marina Retreat offers many extras:

The dining room table seats 4 comfortably with inserts available to add 4 more. The living room features an extra-large TV, relaxing furniture, games, and large window boasting waterfront and marsh views. The master and one guest room have king beds, while the third has a queen; a sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional full-size bed. All bathrooms have walk-in showers, and the Master Suite also features a bathtub and wall to wall glass doors leading to balcony.

The adjoining marina has casual/fine dining for lunch & dinner -- not to mention a generous happy hour! -- with outdoor seating overlooking the water. Many activities are available at the marina including boat rentals and fishing. The heart of St. Simons is just around the corner, with the Pier Village a 5-minute drive away and the main beach just beyond that, only 3.5 miles from the condo. Great opportunities for walking, biking, and exploring abound!

Home away from Home

Our family as very comfortable at the condo. We enjoyed our stay, The apartment had all the kitchen utensils and everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and we e enjoyed the waterview. It was like home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was exactly what we needed for our family. We definitely recommend this unit. The space was more than adequate. It is well equiped. The marina view was wonderful and relaxing. For us, the location was perfect.

Beautiful and Convenient

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made this the perfect place for us. Parking was easy. I especially liked the coffee shop and restaurant within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Great property overall but the wooden flooring needs repair

The location for us was great. Not crowded like the island can get, very easily accessible, has an elevator, short trip across the causeway to all you want. The only comments I have are 1) the wooden flooring presents a trip hazard in a couple locations; it has bubbled up near the living room, and in between the refrigerator and the kitchen island it sticks up…almost as if the installer tried to put too much flooring in places, and 2) the oven’s lower heating element wasn’t working; all I could do was Broil. We cook some so I found it. Overall: absent the occasionally goofy tripping and the oven, this was a great place.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, but there were 4 major problems: 1) flooring lifted in 2 places causing tripping; 2) air purifier went off each night with terrible noise and strong chemical smell. Finally unplugged it; 3) washer leaked from bottom and dryer didn’t dry throughly; 4) patio door wouldn’t lock. Would definitely recommend if these problems corrected.

Beautiful condo and view

Loved the condo and the location was good. Easy access to the islands and Brunswick. However house keeping wasn't great, the bedding on the master bed wasn't clean and the floors were very dirty!
