Premier location on the ocean parkway, nice laid back quiet community. Cool little house. Footsteps from the beach can't ask for much more

family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property as a family. The location was perfect. Unfortunately I would not recommend using the sofa bed. It was very dirty and uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing an air mattress for our children to sleep on.

A Great Getaway

This was a perfect place to get away for a lovely vacation. The bungalow is so cute and well-appointed. They've truly thought of everything! I'd recommend this location for anyone. It is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and great walking paths. Sunset Beach is beautiful and stretches for a long ways up and down the coast. You'll definitely want to check this place out!

Cute Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just right for the two of us to stay in, while visiting family over Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and everything worked. Beach access was right across the street, and we enjoyed long walks along the beach and through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet, and people very friendly. When we had an issue with not being able to connect to the internet, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and had us connected very quickly. And the WiFi/Internet was very fast. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning, once it warmed up a bit.

Beautiful week in the beach cities

Absolutely amazing location. Everything was clean and pristine. Beach is a two minutes walk away. Liquor/convenience store literally 30 seconds walk from the property. Doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended!

Great spot!

Second time staying in this bungalow. Close to everything starting right off with the beach. You can walk everywhere and leave your car parked. Good restaurants in both directions.

Superb beach cottage

Right across the street from sunset beach. Clean, comfortable. Has beach chairs and towels to use. Walkable to a number of restaurants. Owner was responsive and helpful. Great price. We would stay here again.

Great location!

There was a huge stumble in the check-in process as the property manager sent me the wrong information for the door lock and wifi, and bedding was missing for the pullout. However, all was rectified quickly as the property manager was responsive. The house is approximately 150 yds from a great beach. The beach wasn't busy at all - even though when driving along PCH all the popular beaches were very busy. Great sand, shells and waves - and a quick walk to the house for the bathroom, meal, or whatever. Very relaxing. Windows MUST be kept open to keep the house cool. Lots of quite loud noise starts early as construction workers and early risers begin their day. Tough to sleep in!

Best Little Bungalow in Sunset

The perfect balance of high-end comforts and minimalistic living - in the best location! Walk to everything you need, short drives to everything you want. Thoughtfully staged, very clean, and super attentive host. Robert (Bob) was so responsive, friendly and engaging. It was like we had a local with us the whole trip.

Perfect little beach cottage

We are a family of four with a 5 and 3 year old. This house is was perfect for us. The boys slept on the pull out couch and loved it. The sand is right across the (very quiet) street and the house had lots of sand toys and chairs and games. I contacted the host a couple times and responses were quick and kind. We had all we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Great place next to the beach!!

Relaxing cottage steps from the beach and a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had and the house had everything. Just loved sitting on the front deck in the early morning listening to the ocean, having coffee and reading a book! Highly recommend!

The description of the property on the website matched perfectly to what it looked like upon arrival. The property owner was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again! It was perfect!

We just loved this cute little beach house! The location was wonderful, there was easy access to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We parked the car in the driveway and left it there; everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Robert was so easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this to anyone! We hope to stay again someday if/when our travels take us to California.
