In a holiday residence with heated communal swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), tennis courts, playground, large green spaces and small shops, single-storey 2-room house comprising an entrance into the living room (sofa bed, table, chairs, flat-screen TV, sideboard), a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room (TOP fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, mini-oven, microwave), a hallway leading to the toilet, the shower room (shower, sink, towel rack, storage, washing machine) and the bedroom (1 x 140 cm + cupboards).
Enclosed and paved patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, electric barbecue, 2 deckchairs, parasol). Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+70€), to be booked with the agency. Security deposit: €250 BY BANK CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
