Central Coziness - Steps from Chico's Hub

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom clean home located close to grocery stores, restaurants, Chico State and Downtown. Designed specifically for Airbnb guests. 3 miles from downtown Chico and CSU Chico. House features smart tvs with netflix and hulu live. Kitchen comes complete with coffee maker. Dining table can seat 6.

Cozy modern home with gas fire place dining table and large master suite

I am a former computer science student at Chico State and am now a software engineer at a local firm. I am happy to socialize when I am around and answer any questions about the area you have.

Everyday between 11am and 3pm there is a possibility that my house cleaner or I will come in to grab a spare set of sheets and towels for the guest house on the property. If this is a problem let me know.

Close to down town and the college, you can drive or walk

There is a $50 late check-out fee if you leave past checkout time since my house cleaners charge me from the time they get there.

We came to town for a family reunion and we needed a place to hold a dinner for 10 people with plenty of room for lounging and pet friendly… this was the perfect place for all of it! The host was gracious and answered all of our questions quickly.

Came to Chico for some blue collar work. Definitely a good choice. Perfect for us. We dined in twice and ate out a couple times. Just what we needed. Can use some more basic stuff in the kitchen but no big complaints. Thank you!
