Casa Bertona (4 pers.) This apartment is newly built (2014) has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. A terrace and a garden at the front and side of the building, with garden furniture, loungers and an umbrella. The quiet, sunny location offers a lot of privacy.
The apartment is located about three kilometers outside the village of Montebello di Bertona, in the middle of the beautiful natural area of Gran Sasso with the highlight Campo Imperatore, where you can go hiking or cycling. You can also enjoy an afternoon on the beach and sea (30 km).

Super Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr schöner Bungalow mit Terrasse und ein super Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren zu jeder Zeit absprechbar, aber trotzdem diskret. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und es ist ein Ort zum rundum wohlfühlen. Im Bungalow hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Traumhafte ländliche Landschaft, man kann mit dem Auto Touren in die Berge oder sehr schöne Städtchen machen. Für die Kinder war die Autofahrt zum Meer etwas zu lang (ungefähr 50 Minuten). Hervorragend gepflegtes und betreutes Haus und Pool.

Schöne, ruhige Lage am Fuße des Gebirges. Großer Garten mit besten Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Sehr gepflegter Pool. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Herrliche Gebirgslandschaft schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nötig.

Ergänzend zu den hervorragenden Einzelbewertungen sind auch die Vermieter sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Ein wundervoller Ort zum Wandern, Baden, Sightseeing, Entspannen - wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Idyllische und hervorragend gepflegte Casa in natürlicher Umgebung
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der Casa Caroline und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch einige antike Stücke finden sich. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10min mit dem Wagen erreichbar. Die beiden Gastgeber sind überaus herzlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit. Kleinere Reparaturen an unseren Fahrrädern könnten wir gemeinsam durchführen. Die Gastgeber konnten uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung geben. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sich einfach im Garten aufhalten, ab Mai auch den Pool nutzen. Es gibt etliche Wanderwege, die Straßen sind wenig befahren und laden zu schweißtreibenden Radtouren durch die Berge ein. Ein absolutes Muss sind Besuche in San Stefano Sessanio oder Castel del Monte. Absolut beeindruckend das Campo Imoeratore. Pescara lohnt sich ebenfalls, zum Bummeln (sehr abwechslungsreiche Architektur) und Schaufenster gucken. Ebenfalls empfehlenswert ist das Regionalmuseum Genti d'Abruzze. Es zeigt die Entwicklung dieser immer noch recht rustikalen Region Italiens, nicht weichgespült wie am Gardasee.

Heerlijke woning, van alle gemakken voorzien, in een prachtige omgeving!
Een nieuwe, sfeervol ingerichte en van alle comfort voorziene woning. Gelegen in de prachtige Abruzzen, bij natuurpark Gran Sasso en leuke dorpen en steden. Tussen de bergen en de kust. Met een heerlijk zwembad en fijne ligbedden. De eigenaren, Carolina en Joop, zijn super gastvrij en vriendelijk en niets is hun teveel om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad en bevelen de plek en de woning dan ook van harte aan!

Lovely cottage with a view and pool
The cottage is brand new and decorated tastefully. The beds are good. It has a beautiful view of the surroundings and we spent our nights on the terrace in front of the house. The pool is shared with the guests in the apartment in the main house and is great. The Dutch owners are friendly and helpfull. The house is located exactly between the sea and the Gran Sasso. It is perfect. We had a great stay here.

Super Ambiente um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Tolles Haus und Pool!
Hat der gesamten Familie sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, Lage und Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und naturnah. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und keinesfalls aufdringlich. Wer die Natur mag und trotzdem gern badet ist hier gut aufgehoben. Unser nächster Urlaub ist bereits in Planung. Da gehen wir gerne nochmal hin!
