Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful, Peaceful Condo in West Bay

We had an amazing stay at this condo on the Black Iguana Golf Course in West Bay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the exceptional property manager, Gladys, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She even showed us how to feed the hummingbirds, which was such a delightful experience!The condo itself is well-equipped, with a kitchen stocked with spices, condiments, and everything needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and there were plenty of towels provided. The air conditioning was fantastic, keeping the space cool and comfortable at all times.The outdoor lounge areas were inviting and a great place to relax, with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. Since the unit is situated at the highest point, it offers peaceful surroundings and stunning scenery. However, the walk up from the entrance gate is quite steep, so be prepared for a bit of a workout—we enjoyed the challenge!We walked to and from the beach every day (sometimes twice!), and while the walk was manageable, we did bring a flashlight since some areas can get quite dark at night. If you’re not up for walking, car services can be arranged for an additional cost. Gladys arranged all our transport to and from the airport, and the drivers were amazing, handling all our luggage and groceries seamlessly.This condo is a true gem—would stay here again!

The Island, the People, and the Villa Very happy Guests!

We picked Roatan for the snorkeling/diving and it was amazing. The location and the villa we stayed in were perfect for my friend and me. We always book for more than a week - this time it was three - and the property we rented was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, the layout was spacious, and the decks (three total) let us enjoy the outdoors! Our villa was on the golf course and the people that worked there became our friends.Speaking of friends, the property manager was wonderful, and we got to spend some time with her (Gladys). We communicated with Gladys on WhatsApp - a must in Roatan - and she always answered our questions almost immediately. We always felt well cared for! The property is on a hill, but you can get a ride to the beach from anyone that's free at the golf club. We suggest that you rent a car as the island is very diverse and you should venture out! We rented a vehicle just for a week. The rest of our stay involved around beach activities. The owner left us a long letter about things in the house and there were lots of maps and tour booklets around. Plus, the owners' recommendations. All were extremely helpful. He also told us about the beautiful hummingbirds that are constant visitors on our ground level outside deck. He left us a 3-gallon container of food for them. And I had to make more! If you stay here, you can blame me if the hummingbirds look a little overweight.Definitely check this out!!!!

Luxury Condo with Incredible View

Amazing vacation getaway in this modern, new and luxury villa. Stunning views of the golf course from both levels of the home. Easy to get everywhere on island from location. Gladys, the Villa Manager took exceptional care of us from picking us up at the airport and assisting us in renting a car. 5 Star Service and Accommodations. A memorable vacation we won't forget!!! So ready to visit again very soon!

Beautiful Views, Great spot to stay

This was our first time staying on the island and we had a great time. The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to cook/eat at home. We felt very comfortable, AC worked great, and felt very safe/secure. The property manager was very helpful setting up transportation to and from the property, and even helped us with logistics when our flight was delayed 24 hours. Minor complaint - the walk to/from the beach is about 15 minutes and is uphill all the way back with limited street lights. We did not feel unsafe making this walk, it was just a little tedious. The golf course will give you a ride down if they aren't busy, but with their limited hours this was never really an option. When we return to the island, we would rent a car for next time. Thanks so much for the hospitality and we can't wait to stay at your beautiful home again in the future!

Beautiful Villa outfitted SO nice - Location was awesome for us

The villa exceeded my expectations in every way. New and really nicely furnished. Great views overlooking the golf course and out into the sea. Right up the road from the major nature park (like 1/2 mile), and the same distance to West Bay Divers who we used. The main beach is right by the dive shop, so the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. are all just a super short walk away with a place to park if you rent a car. We rented a car, but the reality is you don't need one unless you plan to do a lot of driving to other parts of the island. I couldn't believe how nicely the kitchen was outfitted in the unit. Not your typical 'rental unit' kitchen with random odds and ends. This kitchen had everything, including spices, cleaning supplies, high-end pots, pans, utensils and all the other goodies. Our leasing agent Gladys was OUTSTANDING. So helpful and accomodating. The porches of the unit off the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and downstairs living area allowed us to be outside whererever we went. The friendly security guard at the front gate keeps the whole area exclusive. He was super nice too. (Henry). Given how well stocked the unit is, I would definitely recommend stopping by Eldens grocery store (on the way from the airport) so you can buy all you want to cook when not going out. They even have a ready to go Weber grill outside - so you can cook anything. I was very impressed and highly recommend this one.

Beautiful place

We have been in roatan several times but we have never stayed in such an Amazng place! This house is completely new. It is a spacious, well furnished house located within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the West Bay nine hole golf course. The views from both floors of the two large porches are of the sea and the lush surrounding hills. The famous West Bay beach is a walk away or, if you prefer, only a golf cart ride away, courtesy of the friendly golf course staff. The house is also close to many local restaurants. This house is not only beautiful but a bargain as well.
