This property is one block from the lovely center of Loreto. Close by are excellent tacos, a tortilleria, a carnecia (?) and a short walk to a grocery store. We did not have a car and didn’t need one. We stayed two weeks which was perfect.
It's.
Really very simple. Our card was used fraudulently to rent that other side of the sia cortez... We found out.
The day Before that we were Staying there.I called the owner explained that it was fraud and they committed fraud as well.By keeping our money so did verbal I'll never use them again... Ever.
This place is perfect - everything we needed all in one small container: outdoor space for dogs, washer/dryer, comfy bed, kitchen, AC, and awesome location. Solymar was really awesome and accomodating with our changes. HIghly recommend for a couple!
This casts is a clean comfortable space with everything you need. Across from a beautiful park-like property filled with trees. Close to store and restaurants. Quiet, except for a rooster or too. Very safe and with a charming outdoor space. Free washer and dryer, too!
Staying in the cozy, very private little house was wonderful! The host was very personable, engaged, extremely helpful and spoke very good English and Spanish. Amazing shower, excellent Wi-Fi, kitchen with all amenities, and a great private outdoor space. Could not have asked for a better location. Everything was very conveniently within walking distance. Will stay again.
Very clean and well appointed. Close to the major plazas, and easy to get to and leave. Shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay again.
Great location. If you want to really get the feel of real Mexico. This the place . The owner could not have been more obliging. Many good memories. Ron and Linda
Felt very safe. Very thoughtful appointments. Earplugs provided and needed for dogs. Barking and roosters crowing. Comfortable bed. Nice steamy shower. Would definitely stay here again.
This review is based on things important to me when I travel which are communication, hot water, sleeping, and location.
First, the Hostess is highly responsive, answering often within minutes. When the coffee maker pooped out, it was replaced within hours. The studio has just the right amenities for a visit - coffee maker, a real refrigerator and cooking pans, great wifi, BEST HOT WATER shower ever in Baja!! Bed and linens are super comfy. The location is in a a friendly and convenient neighborhood near good restaurants, coffee, and a short walk to the beach and grocery. Be aware that you are in the heart of town, meaning you will hear chickens, dogs, and the clock tower at all hours of the day and night. Parking can be tricky in Mexico and this place was perfect with ample room for our SUV and very secure gate/house locks. We are so grateful that this place allowed dogs.Thank you Solymar!!
Close to everything. Comfy bed. Good shower. Lots of bottled water. Good for short stay as only 1 small pot for cooking. Enough frying pans. We would recommend. Many roosters next door but you’re in Mexico. Loved our stay.

Why they chose this property
I really love to feel the real loretano vibe, this is not a luxury house, but very original on what living in Mexico is like.
What makes this property unique
I like to sit in the Patio looking out to the cathedral top, have a coffe and walk to restaurants and shops around.
