Adorable neighborhood

A group of ladies stayed here for a tennis tournament. The house was a perfect place for us to rest and recover for our matches. The kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking though. There were not enough dishes per person. There were no spices at all, not even salt. No standard items like a colander, large salad bowl, grater, tinfoil, plastic wrap, napkins, etc…. So if you plan on cooking, plan to take your own stuff. Most of the glasses were cracked and the single serve coffee maker did not work. Other than that, the house was lovely and the beds were comfortable.

Great host and location!

I'm grateful we found this house. It has plenty of beds and was the perfect size for what we needed. Not only was it easy to check-in and communicate with the wonderful hosts, it's also walking distance to Nile's charming downtown area which is chockfull of antique stores, eateries, and lots of film history. We also walked over to the Community park where we were wowed by the gorgeous autumnal colors by the lake. We got the best photos! We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Stay

We were looking for a quiet and quaint neighborhood that was centrally located amongst family. This property was perfect. It was clean, stylish and had an abundance of amenities that made us feel well taken care of. The only hiccup was with the plumbing. Notice that I said hiccup and not problem. The property owner dispatched a very nice plumber who took care of things right away. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

This house was a perfect place for us to stay for attending a wedding in Niles. It’s right at the heart of the community and walking distance from all the best stops. Would love to come back again!

Very clean, modern home with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The location is great with just a short walk to downtown Niles! The home had everything we needed!
