This property was amazing! The view of the city and the lake was awesome. I wish we could have staying longer.
There was ample towels and the basic necessities.
We were a party of six and the home and property were very spacious and accommodating. The home, property and view were all amazing! Hope to visit again and highly recommend!
This house was perfect for our stay. We came down for the hydrofest so was busy during the day but had great outdoor seating to relax on the porch in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.
We were in town for a wedding and had originally rented the property for 9 people, but at the last minute due to Hurricane Milton, only two of us were able to go. The property was great for two, but had more space than we needed. It would have definitely worked for our entire group. While the house can sleep ten, I think It would be perfect for six.
This property was very clean and comfortable, with an updated kitchen and spacious living areas. We were centrally located in Guntersville with great views of the Lake. The neighborhood was good for walking our dogs.
Nice house, very close to everything. spacious kitchen for cooking and a nice deck for your morning coffee. Not as stocked as other rentals but very clean
When we arrived, we entered through the back door. The back porch was very nice with comfortable seating. The kitchen was updated and very nice with beautiful granite and nice cabinets and appliances. At once, the overwhelming smell of electric Plug-Ins hit me so I unplugged all that I could find. The dehumidifier runs constantly in the hallway and we emptied daily. There’s a ton of gathering space with a den and spacious living room and formal dining room. The bedding was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet except for occasional dogs barking. It’s not a good location for walking unless you’re exceptionally fit as it’s on a very tall hill. You will need to drive to shopping or eating out. The view of the lake is sparse but might be better when the leaves fall. There are two bathrooms but only one had counter space and they need some upgrades. We did see a couple of large roach bugs (which I hate) and we dispatched them!

Older home
This was a house On a very high hill right off Main Street in downtown Guntersville. Some of the house has been updated like the kitchen. But bathrooms need lots of renovation to them. Parking was great with a ramp in the back which made unloading/loading much more easier We could not get the gas stove to work. And the microwave was installed for a very tall person. .
Property had a beautiful view. Very clean, all amenities were exceptional, and clean. Loved the beautiful kitchen. I couldn’t resist but to put on a big ole pot of spiced cider while waiting on family to arrive . Highly recommend.
The house is wonderful! All the bedrooms have great furniture in them! King size bed was too firm but some renters might like it that way!
It has a nice den and a huge remodeled kitchen! Just wished back yard was fenced in since the allow dog! We will stay there again if we have another family reunion!
The house was a early century house that had been remodeled. Whoever did the work was very good. It needs a few more things done but nothing that would ever make me say no to the property. It was very clean, it was stocked with a kitchen that was my dream kitchen. Had a laundry area and plenty of closets.
The only con I had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was harder than a Rockland so we're the pillows, so I just slept in the 3rd bedroom. Again, beautiful home and owner had to save us when we locked ourselves out. All in all it was a great experience.
We were stopping in Alabama to visit on our way to Texas. This house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was spacious and had an amazing porch with a couch and bbq grill. Enjoyed everything.
