You are quiet on a private road, surrounded by vegetation, in a residential and shopping area with beautiful Haussmann style buildings and art nouveau style mansions. You are also within walking distance of many museums (Marmottant, Balzac, MAM, Palais de Tokyo, Musée de la Marine et de l'Homme etc...). 3 minutes walk from the Metro (line 9 and line 10) and many buses. Public transport will take you to both the Left Bank and the Right Bank. The Bois de Boulogne is a 5-minute walk away, a real island of greenery for doing sports or simply for a walk. Vélib stations allow you to reach the center of Paris by bike in 15 minutes following the quays along the Seine: Paris is yours on foot, by metro or by bike!
