New and modern bungalow in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from the airport. Shared backyard space with adjacent studio. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort.
