Beautiful 3BD/3BR Moroccan-Style Beach House w/ Garage

Incredible 3 bedroom, 3 bath Moroccan-style beach house with beautiful hand-painted tiles and huge modern kitchen! The unit spans the first and second floors of this stylish home, mere yards away from the beach and bay. Amenities include air conditioning, 2-car tandem garage, yard, comfortable beds, all the kitchen/bath essentials, WiFi, and Netflix. Take the virtual tour by clicking the video above!

The living room features a super-comfortable couch, large enough for your entire group, and a folding glass wall that opens to a yard with a fountain and dining/patio set. The kitchen has a stunning marble island that seats 8 people. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

The unit you will be staying in is Unit A, which is a two-story unit of a duplex. We (the owners) live in Unit B, which is a completely separate unit with its own entry. There are no shared living spaces.

This lovely Moroccan-inspired home is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the bay. We include beach towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and an outdoor shower so you have everything you need to enjoy Mission Beach.

The downstairs (with the living and dining area, bedroom and bathroom) is wheelchair friendly, with a roll-in shower, roll-sinks, 36" doors, etc. Please let us know in advance if a wheelchair will be used during stay so we can ensure access ramps are in place. The City of San Diego provides free manual or power beach wheelchairs a short 1/4 miles away.

A high-chair and "Pack N Play" are available.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Mission Beach is a lively beach town with miles of boardwalk, hip shops, restaurants, bars. The home is 1/4 mile from Belmont Park -- a beach front amusement park with a historic wooden roller coaster, mini golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, escape room, fresh water pool, restaurants, bars and more). We are centrally located to everything in San Diego - the Airport (5 mi /10 min drive), downtown (7 mi/10 min drive), Sea World (2 mi/6 min drive), and the Zoo (10 mi/15 min drive). Bike, surfboard, and scooter rentals are within easy walking distance.

ATTENTION: This home is in a high-density neighborhood and is only appropriate for quieter groups. There is a "no tolerance" policy for excessive noise, parties or indoor smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Great stay close to the beach and Belmont

We had an amazing stay at this location. The listing accurately reflected the property and was clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to the beach for sunset views, Belmont park for fun with the kids, and seemingly 15 min from everywhere in San Diego. A huge plus was having use of the garage as street parking was difficult to find in the area. I would stay again and recommend to others!!!

Excellent visit to Mission Beach

Our family spent three wonderful days visiting colleges in San Diego. This property is very well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and having parking in this neighborhood is a huge plus. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous home in mission beach

This is a stunning, unique and comfortable home in Mission Beach. The tile is to die for. Gorgeous inside and out. It’s just like the photos. It’s just steps to both the bay and ocean. We rented a mid size car and it fit perfectly in the garage. House was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Seriously, EVERYTHING. We cooked breakfast but mostly ate at nearby “walk to” restaurants. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and live just upstairs. Mission beach is a lively and vibrant spot. If you need a quieter time, a different location may work better for you. We would come back in a heartbeat

Great vacation home

We love staying at this Moroccan inspired home. Spacious, updated and close to everything . Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was great. Connie was very responsive everytime I had a question she responded quickly.Only negative is the noise from the street in the Master bedroom but thats just due to the location of the house.Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had more maintenance issues than we have ever experienced at other properties. The refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and resulted in our losing several protein items we brought with us. The remote control in the lower bedroom did not work and needed to be replaced. The bathroom sink in the lower lever was clogged with hair. The toe kick on the stairway was broken off, but was duct taped back in place and the toaster only had one slot that worked. This seemed to be a bit much for us.

Morocco at Mission bay

Great location to beach and bay. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Good to have gargage parking. Had a handicap accessible room and shower on the first floor, perfect for my elderly mother.

Best Beach house in Mission Beach

We could not be happier with this amazing property that we stayed at. We are VRBO owners ourselves, and I joked with my husband. This place was so nice and so classy we really should up our game everything from the dishes to the silverware how clean and organized it was Great communication great instructions. It is decorating a beautiful Moroccan style. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. It had a beautiful patio area literally a two minute walk to the beach. The couch was the most comfortable couch. I think I’ve sat on now. We wanna buy one of those couches They had distilled water by the iron. The attention to detail was out of this world. We definitely we will be back. What an amazing spot and what an amazing property.

Paradise in Mission Beach

The location and property was amazing. House was just as described and just a 2 block walk to beach.. owners very responsive to questions …Having parking for 2 cars a definite bonus in this neighborhood. Only thing I would recommend is, if possible, renting a car smaller than a minivan as the garage is very narrow., we all just honed our parking skills dont hesitate to rent this gem!

This was our second time staying at the house and it was just as great as before! We forgot to bring something with us, I texted Connie to see if we could borrow it and she was quick to reply and help. The beds are so comfortable! This will continue to be the house we check first when coming to the area.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

This house is stunning and has absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful stay! Extremely clean and stocked with only the best. It is very close to the beach and restaurants but quiet. The owners are very nice and we didn’t even feel like they were in the connected property. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this property is. We will definitely love to stay here again. The outdoor area is so beautiful, as well.

Fantastic house

This is a fantastic house with a wheelchair accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom. Very short walk to the beach and neighborhood coffee shops. The house was very clean. The living room sectional was comfy and provided a great gathering space. We would definitely stay here again.

Luxurious & well appointed

This beautiful custom build has all the amenities and comforts. It's sparkling clean and the owners went above and beyond for us. While it's on a busy road the windows are thick and there's very minimal noise from outside. The boardwalk is very close which was great. The only downside about the immediate neighborhood is that (if you're a foodie) you'll need to drive to other neighborhoods for truly good/nice meals, but its also a good excuse to explore. Definitely get to Molly's for pastries! Would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your property.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was in nearby Mission Bay. It was conveniently located to the venue and the property is absolutely stunning! There were six of us (three couples) and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more! We ate many meals there because the kitchen is roomy and had plenty of pans, silverware, and dishes. We had the pleasure of meeting Karl and he is very friendly. The couple of questions that I asked thru email were answered immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

My family and I stay in Mission Beach a couple times a year and my kids have been asking to stay at this property for the last year. This house exceed our expectations. We felt completely comfortable and had everything that we needed and more. I also noticed a lot of items for families with younger children, such as a high chair and baby monitor. I think these items would be really helpful for the families that need it. Communicating with the host was very easy. We appreciated how quick they were to respond to our text. We did not encounter any problems during our stay, but I have no doubt that if we did, it would have been taken care of right away. My biggest concern with any property in Mission Beach is parking. Having a garage is something that we always appreciate. We brought our VW Tiguan (small SUV) and didn’t have any problems parking at all. I did find it easier to back into the garage, but either way, there was plenty of room. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Beach Gem

:This property is stunning! It's nearly on the beach and has toys, chairs, towels, etc. available for your use. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. I'm very picky about clutter and this house was like a model, no clutter at all and spotless. It's well appointed with cooking supplies although we used nothing as there are SO many wonderful restaurants in the area. It's walking distance to the boardwalk and many casual restaurants. We highly recommend and would love to come back.

Prefect house in the perfect location!

We have now stayed here twice. The location on Mission Beach is perfect, one of our favorite locations. It’s just about a block off of the boardwalk and within walking distance of so many good places to eat. The owners are so nice, very responsive and accommodating, and the home is so thoughtfully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. This is our favorite place in San Diego, we can’t wait to come back!
