A home away from home. Memory foam mattresses deck out each bedroom and the couch is the perfect place to spread out. Our neighborhood is homy, but only 4 miles from downtown. The ease of access to the highway means you can get to the airport and any other part of Nashville without hassle. The neighborhood itself is stacked with craft beer, neighborhood restaurants, and food for every time of day. The house is a crash pad for adventuring around the city, or a place that makes you feel local.

Clean property. Good communication with host. Spacious downstairs which was great for our little crawler! Nice kitchen— if planning on doing a lot of your own cooking might not be unreasonable to bring a casserole dish or your own stovetop pan. There were a couple nonstick saucepans on-site. Overall great place!
I booked this place to celebrate my husband turning 50!! Two other couples joined us and we all enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for all of us and everything was super clean! Great hosts!!
The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, 15 minutes drive from downtown Nashville. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe but is somewhat noisy with a lot of trucks from the highway.
We stayed with friends for a birthday weekend. Great clean house in a little area outside of Nashville, but just a short Uber ride downtown. We would stay here again. 😃
It was great. Nice and spacious, lots of room to spread out and relax. Parking was easy, property was conveniently located, nothing was more than 20 min away.
I will never visit Nashville again. Parking is a nightmare. The cost of parking is outrageous. Last night in Nashville we paid for parking and our car booted and we were stuck in the parking lot until they came to remove the boots. Impossible to get dinner reservation. Quite a few workers were very unhealthful.
We had a great stay here! The house was perfect for a weekend away for three couples. We were close enough to downtown (about 15 min Uber ride) but far enough that it was nice and quiet. Daniella was also SUPER responsive and helpful every time I asked her a question!
This rental house met our needs perfectly. While not central to the buzzing Nashville districts, it was close proximity to many and offered various travel routes to take you where you'd need to go. We were visiting West Nashville relatives and found this location perfect for us. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping strips were all in easy reach. The house is in excellent condition, quite roomy and comfortable. Just as depicted in the photos. The owners were very pleasant and offered to help with anything. We didn't need to contact them during our stay, but I'm sure they'd have responded quickly.
While we really enjoyed our stay, here are a few tips for others considering renting here:
1. Best for moderate and heavy sleepers. There's occasional street noise (cars, trucks) that can be quite loud. This was only an "issue" at night while trying to sleep. As light sleepers, we'd be disturbed 1-3x each of the 5 nights we were there.
2. The kitchen is large and has the essentials. However, if you're planning to cook large meals, you might consider contacting the owner to confirm what's available to you. Again, the owner is very friendly and responsive. A little pre-planning will improve the enjoyment of your stay.
Host and cleanliness of house was great. Townhouse was spacious as for 6 people. Location is in an industrial area on a busy street. would have loved a regular coffee pot. French press coffee not my thing.
Great location to ride share or drive anywhere in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Loved the property and hosts were soo easy to communicate with. Would recommend 100%. Just fyi, all bedrooms upstairs. Was great for us tho!!! Away from the living space if you needed a nap or sleep late.
This townhouse is perfect for a weekend stay in Nashville, proximity to downtown and Nashville attractions is great and the Nations has its own neighborhood places to explore as well. The place was very clean and communication with the host was amazing, they were very flexible and considerate! We will definitely be returning!
The house was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathrooms spacious too! If I was to provide any drawback, it would be that cookware was minimal. Loved the pressed coffee set up! Would definitely return and stay at Daniella's again.
The house is very clean and even more spacious than it appears in photos. It was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving, and we had all the amenities that we needed. Beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms! The beds are comfortable! I only gave 4 stars for location/neighborhood because it is next to a busy road and when fast cars go by you can hear them from inside the house, but this didn’t significantly impact us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
The house was just what we needed for a fun girls weekend in Nashville. It’s centrally located, has plenty of room, is very clean, and feels homey. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries, and they have a booklet available with lots of information about the area. I am very happy that I chose to stay at this place. I’ve stayed in many, and I would say that this is one of the best. Thank you!
