The accommodation comprises

First floor:
- A 90 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and fireplace (first flambé provided in winter)
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fan-assisted oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.

- Separate WC

On the second floor, you'll find :
- Bedroom 1: a 25 m² bedroom with terrace access, queen-size bed (160x200), bathroom with shower, bath, WC and bidet
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x160), terrace access, bathroom with integrated shower
- Bedroom 3: twin single beds (80x190), (cannot be separated)
- Bathroom with shower

- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron

Second floor (accessed via a narrow spiral staircase):
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x160), a shower room with shower, WC and private roof terrace with view.

Access to the house is via an electric gate that opens onto a narrow, steep path leading to the entrance.

The house is a 10-minute drive from the picturesque village of Grambois, where the film 'La gloire de mon père' was shot, and has direct access to the hill for hikers. Also just a 10-minute drive away is the village of La Tour d'Aigues, which offers essential shops and services (grocery stores, cheese shop, wine shop, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, post office, doctors, laboratory, etc.) and hosts a market every Tuesday. You'll find numerous markets and restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, in all the surrounding villages, as well as many renowned wine estates.

- Nearest train stations: Pertuis (20 minutes by car) or Aix-en-Provence TGV (45 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence (55 minutes by car)
