ROSE Vacances offers you this tastefully renovated apartment in a private and secure residence, quiet, with a common pool for residents (15/05 to 29/09), in the Marcellière district of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to the pine forest, casino and thalassotherapy.
Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation is ideally located, 800 metres from the Présidents beach and its local shops.
Bright apartment, consisting of a living room-dining area open to a balcony, offering a clear view of a tree-lined garden, equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed, coffee table, TV, WIFI network, high table and 6 chairs.
With an open, functional and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter + Tassimo) and a washing machine.
On the sleeping side, you'll find a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed in 160, bedside tables and wardrobe. A second bedroom, with two 90 cm beds, small bedside tables and chest of drawers.
A perfectly equipped bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and vanity unit with storage.
Separate WC.
You can enjoy a south-west facing outdoor balcony, equipped with a table and six chairs, perfect for a family or friends' meal!
A cupboard in the entrance completes this property.
Parking is private, a garage in the residence's basement is provided with a numbered parking space.
