Welcome to the fabulous LAKETOWN WHARF RESORT with beach access only steps away!!! Everything is brand new in this beautiful 11th floor condo! Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf Views from the living room, kitchen and inviting balcony. You will find a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom suite along with a set of bunk beds in the separate bunk room which features a privacy curtain. In addition, there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the large living area. This unit has all the conveniences of home - including free WiFi, smart TVs with cable, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, among much more. The balcony has stunning Gulf Views. The lake and boardwalk at the Laketown Wharf are a hidden treasure where many guests enjoy a lighted dancing water fountain show each and every night. Within this impressive resort, you will also find 5 amazing Outdoor Pools, a Fitness Center with Hot Tub, a Putting Green, Free Covered Parking, a Banquet Hall, Beach Access, a Grilling Area, several Restaurants and a Fresh Water Lake with a Lakefront Boardwalk! We had a great time,the condo was very nice and Nicolle was very responsive and helpful. She got someone to us ASAP when our stopped working. The only draw back are the elevators. One is always broken,can wait up to 30 minutes for one that isn’t jam packed.

You will be infuriated with how long it takes to get an elevator.

The place was nice, clean and exactly as shown within pictures. However, the bed within the master bedroom is an old spring mattress that dips within the middle and you could feel the springs in your back. Our backs were killing us, so much so we decided to try to sleep on the sofa bed which was even worse. All the beds are old spring mattresses and desperately need to be replaced. The tubs are small and the shower heads could be updated. More hangers would have been helpful within the closet. Upon check in it took us 1 hour exactly to get an elevator to try to make it up to the room, not exaggerating! Every day/night It was completely impossible to get an elevator. There are thousands of rooms at this resort and ONLY 7 elevators total. This was a Massive complaint amongst many guest, myself included. Personally, had I’d known it was this bad I would have Never stayed here, Period! Additionally, another sofa in the living room would have been ideal as their was no room for a family of 4 to relax after an exhausting day. Do yourself a favor the night before you leave go down to pack your car at about 10:00 - 10:30pm because come the morning of and you will not be able to get an elevator to make it out on time. Also, we thought the resort would have a cart in order for you to place your luggage on to make it to the room, they do NOT!! However, within the condo she does have a massive beach stroller which was a complete lifesaver with our luggage/groceries, etc.

Kitchen not very clean, but overall condo was good! Been nice to have table/chairs on balcony to enjoy breakfast. As far as the property itself.. elevators not always working, main pool area with bar was playing obscene music with small children around. Guest smoking pot at bar. Do not recommend with small children.

the location is not bad but hard to catch the elevators... Too much smells of weeds around properties (Not in the unit)... my kids did not like the smells..

Winter Getaway

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well supplied, the unit was very comfortable, beachy decorated and had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We each had our own bathroom! The location was wonderful with groceries stores, gift shops, and restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I definitely would stay here again.

Great view, clean condo

Communication with property manager was great. Condo was nice, clean and comfortable for my husband and I to stay in, would be good with kids too. Easy beach access. Just know you sometimes have to wait on elevators because the complex is so big, but we were aware ahead of time so no big deal. Lots of activities nearby.

Nice View and Location

We enjoyed our specific condo and amenities. It was cozy and relatively clean. Not sure I would stay on the 11th floor again. The elevators were always packed and the front desk did not have any carts available to help us transport groceries and luggage. The ladies who gave us our wrist bands and parking pass could have been more professional and friendly. Overall, we did enjoy our stay for the price paid.
