Smoky Summit Sunsets

This AMAZING 5 Star rated condo has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains from our private balcony that is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or enjoy the most fantastic sunsets that can be seen in the area! The 2 bedroom 2 bath layout offers upgrades and modern style that will be a fantastic way to unwind after exploring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy the swimming pool, playground, grilling area, and arcade!


We are available by messaging on here, email, text and telephone. Guests have access to the entire condo as well as all of the facilities that the complex has to offer - swimming pool open April through October, coin laundry, grills, and a playground. In the fall / winter, wood should be available for purchase from the office for the fireplace.

Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets.

We provide 24 hour access and contactless check-in!

The condo has everything you need for a mountain stay. There is a wood-burning fireplace & $6 bundles of wood can be purchased directly in the main building during office hours. There are beautiful sunset views from every window of the condo and a high likelihood of seeing our neighborhood black bears.

*Washer and Dryer not in unit, there is a laundry mat beside the office*
*All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
