Villa Diane Taylani - Sea view and swimming pool in Ajaccio

This villa will win you over with its location, its peace and quietness, and its different living areas.

Situated 5km from the historic centre of Ajaccio, the airport and the 1st beach, it is in a very quiet residential area, with a garden, swimming pool, trampoline and sea view from the main floor.

Although a car is recommended for getting around, you're just 1 km away from a bus stop and local shops.

The villa comprises a 140 m² main house and a 60 m² independent ground-floor appartment.

There is also an outbuilding away from the villa, which is not for rent and may be occupied by the owner on an occasional basis.

The main house comprises
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm)
- 2 children's bedrooms with trundle beds (pull-out beds with the option of raising the 2 beds to the same height to make a double, or separating them completely at a distance from each other)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people.
- 1 large bathroom with shower + bath + separate WC inside the bathroom.
- 1 second separate WC.
- Living/dining room
- 1 terrace adjoining the living room with sea view
- 1 terrace next to the kitchen

The ground floor appartment comprises :
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2 (through bedroom)
- 2 shower rooms
- 1 small kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed.
- 1 shaded terrace overlooking the garden

OUTSIDE
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the villa occupiers. It is secured by a gate.
Small summer kitchen adjoining the pool with sink and plancha.
The pool is regularly maintained by a professional.

The garden wraps around the house and offers a range of different settings. The various terraces each have a table and a BBQ.
A trampoline is available for children.

The lower part of the garden is also used as a place to park your cars.


ANIMALS

Wild tortoises often wander around the upper part of the garden, a protected species that lives there naturally and must not be disturbed.

Two friendly cats live in the house all year long. They spend a lot of their time outside, living their own lives and enjoying a few pats on the back. Their food will be automatically delivered during your stay.


MISCELLANEOUS FACILITIES

- Free WiFi throughout the villa.
- 1 television in each appartment. The one in the main house is on a box with Prime Video. The one downstairs only has TNT.
- Air conditioning in the living room of the main house and in the living room of the ground floor.
- 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer.
- Fans are available in the bedrooms.

OTHER THINDS TO KNOW

Bed linen is provided and the beds are made for your arrival (except for the convertable sofa bed).
Bathmats and tea towels are also provided.

Towels are not provided.

Compulsory cleaning charge of 150 euros not included in the price, to be paid on arrival.

Local taxes are included in the price.

A travel cot (portable baby bed) with its specific mattress and bed linen is available if required.

Kitchen basic ingredients and cleaning products are available.

The interior of the house is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available on the terraces.

For safety reasons, the swimming pool gate must always be kept closed.
