Come and enjoy the comfort of this 1-bedroom apartment and its location in the middle of the pedestrian streets of Liège filled with shops, restaurants and bars.
The apartment
The apartment consists of a living room with lounge area and dining area, an independent kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, air conditioning and triple glazing. The building also has a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Access
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a number of 3, without elevator.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located on rue Saint-Jean-en-Isle, in the pedestrian center of Liège, a stone's throw from the Opera and on the edge of the Carré.
In the evening from Thursday to Sunday the streets of Le Carré are noisy.
We already have the impression that there are a lot of pedestrian streets.
It's certain: you don't miss anything because you are close to everything and you are not likely to get bored. The apartment is also close to many shops (cheese maker, butcher, market gardener, bakery, wash house, night shop, florist, etc.)
On the cultural side, the Sauvenière cinema , thebe/fr">Mirror City, the referent and the Royal Opera of Wallonia are 5 meters away and will allow you to reach the Théâtre de Liège . A gym is also accessible nearby.
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
By bus: the closest stops are located less than 300m away and Place Saint-Lambert (5 minutes on foot).
By train: the apartment is equidistant from Liège-Saint-Lambert station and Liège-Carré station
By car : it is not possible. The closest car parks are: Neujean, Cathédrale and Sauvenière.
