Welcome to La Canopée:
Beautiful modern villa (110m²) fully air-conditioned, accommodating 6 people on two levels with garden and terrace, all just a stone's throw from La Capte beach.

On the first level:
A spacious and tastefully decorated living room, a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area, all opening onto a large shaded terrace. On the same level, a first bedroom with a trundle bed (2 mattresses 90*190cm each), a shower room with toilet.
On the second level:
A double bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, another double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed. These two bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace with a small sea view and garden. A bathroom and a separate toilet.

For your comfort: Air conditioning throughout the house, secure automatic gate, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque court, very quiet environment...

Possibility to park one vehicle within the villa's premises and another just outside the gate.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit €2,000, tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee €200.
