You are looking for sun, beach and sea? You would like to spend an unforgettable holiday in a very special atmosphere in one of the most beautiful places in Germany? You are expecting a high standard in your precious holiday season?

In our apartment in the newly built beach villa Baabe expect 70sqm, 2 floors with room for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms invite either with the huge king size box spring or two comfortable single beds. Whether you want to listen to the sound of the sea or just want to watch TV. It will be difficult for you to leave one of the cozy bedrooms.

But if you can do it, then surely only to experience the high-quality spa bath. Equipped with a large whirlpool, where two people can relax, and a combined bio / Finnish sauna, this bath will be sure to captivate you every night.

On the upper floor there is the cozy living / dining area with a high quality, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can spend cooking, eating, reading or playing evenings together. But maybe you just enjoy the absolute highlight of our apartment - the roof terrace.

The roof terrace adjoins seamlessly via a glass front to the living / dining area and is probably unique in this way. Thanks to the south-west location, you can enjoy the sun on your unseen sundeck on almost 20 square meters almost all day long. Sit back in the high-quality lounge furniture, enjoy the park view and the sound of the sea - it will never let you go. But that's not all: the terrace has an outdoor fireplace. This guarantees breathtaking evenings with flickering log fires.

Our entire apartment offers high-quality equipment and thanks to the noble furnishings in the "Hamptons style" you feel at home here from the first minute. With great attention to detail, we have not just created a holiday apartment, but a place that captivates you with its cozy ambience again and again in its spell.

Kommunikation und check in waren problemlos. Die Eigentümerin hat alles sehr detaiert beschrieben. Es wurde immer sehr zügig auf Mails geantwortet.Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Ein Wort: Wow! Liebe Familie Kannegiesser, wir hatten einen wirklich rundum perfekten (!!) Kurzurlaub und euer Strandloft verdient wirklich weitaus mehr als 10 Sterne! Von daher vergeben wir 100/10 Sternen! :) So eine saubere, gemütliche und wunderschöne Ferienwohnung haben wir in unseren 37/39 Lebensjahren noch nicht gesehen!! Die Ausstattung ist auch mehr als Premium (von A bis Z alles vorhanden, die Sauna und der Whirpool ein wahrer Traum, die großartige Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Kamin etc.) und sichtlich mit Liebe ausgewählt! Auch die Lage ist einfach nur großartig und perfekt für Spaziergänge, Stadtbummel und Joggingrunden an der Strandpromenade. Tolle Ferienwohnung, die Nähe zur See perfekt! Exzellente Ausstattung, vom Teelöffel übers Bügeleisen bis Fön...alles vorhanden! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei Fragen ist die Verwaltung zeitnah erreichbar. Danke an Frau Kannegießer :-). Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut.

Perfekte Wohnung für viele Wünsche
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet aufgrund der Lage viele Möglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte, verschiedene Restaurants sind ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, in unmittelbarer Nähe Radwege oder Wanderwege zur Erkundung des Mönchguts. Mit dem Rasenden Roland, ÖPNV oder mit dem Auto sind auch andere Ziele auf Rügen gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Und hat außer Sauna, Whirlpool auch eine. - uneinsehbare - Dachterrasse).

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, leider mit kleinen Einbußen. Für den Whirlpool war kein „Stöpsel“ auffindbar und somit war er nicht nutzbar. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht schließen und sollte von daher nicht mehr benutzt werden, was der Vermieterin auch bekannt war, leider so nicht kommuniziert wurde und am Abend vor der Abreise zu etwas „Umstand“ führte. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder. Lieben Dank😊

Baabe ist eine Reise wert
Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt im Strandloft gut. Wohnung ist eigentlich in Ordnung, hat aber für den Preis zu viele verschlissene oder leicht defekte Teile wie: Wasserhahn Küche, Terrassentüre (soll in Arbeit sein), Terrassenmöbel, Duschkabine, Radio usw.. Blöd für uns war, dass es nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel gab, auch wenn die Verwaltung eine "Lösung" für dieses Dilemma angeboten hat, war das nicht wirklich praktikabel und, dass es früh, für unsere Verhältnisse, erst recht spät warmes Wasser gab. Der Versuch, außen einen zweiten Stellplatz für einen PKW zu bekommen, scheiterte leider. Genug gemeckert: Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet, hat eine super Lage, tolle Terasse, in den Betten haben wir wirklich gut geschlafen, im Allgemeinen war alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder und würden uns freuen, wenn die o.g. Mängel beseitigt sind.

Toller Aufenthalt in Baabe
Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Strandloft in Baabe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist prima, alles so wie beschrieben. Da das Wetter leider nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, haben wir dann halt die Sauna genutzt.

Familienurlaub
Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Unterkunft selbst sind großartig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Buchung und weitere Kommunikationen laufen unkompliziert. Einen großen Pluspunkt vergebe ich für das Vorhandensein von Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Küchengewürzen und natürlich Sauna und Whirlpool. Kein Aufpreis für extra Strom-und Wasserabechnung. Das ist in anderen Ferienhäusern nicht selten! Fazit: Rundum entspannend.
