About this property

Beautiful apartment near historic city centre

Our apartment is 80 square metres big with 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, a bath, 2 Toilets and a spacious kitchen.
The apartment is situated in the city district of Vršovice, right next to a beautiful park. You can reach the city centre with public transportation very easily. The tram stop is a mere three- minute walk away and in fifteen minutes you reach the historic city centre of Prague. The subway station is also only a couple of minutes away.
The apartment is on the fourth floor. Tired after walking all day in beautiful Prague you can also use the lift. Up to five guests can stay in the apartment. (There is a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the livingroom, where 2 people can sleep.) One night for two guests costs 60 euros, in the high season 70 or 80 Euros. Each additional guest pays 25 euros per night. Dogs, maximum two, are very welcome.

A Really Beautyfull Apartment in Praga

Lovely flat
The flat is in one of Prague’s old apartment blocks so the rooms are large and airy. It is near to tram stops going into the centre of town.Overall, a great experience in a beautiful city.

The property description is accurate. The location to the tram is perfect. The owner provided recommendations for places to eat, visit, and even the name and number of a reputable taxi service. The property was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town but close enough to access in less than 25-minutes by tram or taxi. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague.

Really enjoyed our stay!
The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was close by to both the old and new town. There were good transport links and we got good advice on which taxi services to use. The host was very helpful to point out some attractions that our 15 year old would enjoy and pointed us in the direction of local shops, restaurants and bars. Eine schöne Wohnung für schöne Tage in Prag
Wir waren für 4 Tage in Prag und waren von der Unterkunft sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Stadtviertel, besonders der Weinberg nebenan hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab ein nettes kleines Restaurant mit günstigen Preisen 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung. Zum Frühstück kann man sich frische Brötchen, Croissaints oder Baguette beim Bäcker um die Ecke holen. Mit der Tram kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht. 2 Zimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Gäste Toilette und eine große Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus, im 4. Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden). Im Haus wohnen einige Familien mit kleinen Kindern, diese waren sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen. Insgesamt, kann man diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen, da es in Prag noch sehr viel zu entdecken gibt. (Danke nochmal an Herr Schinner und Lenka für die vielen Tipps, die wir bekommen haben.)

Schöner Urlaub in schöner Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig, da die Kontakttelefonnummer von der Übergabepartnerin im Fewochat immer ge-xt war. Unter der Nummer vom Vermieter erreichten wir keinen, aber noch 5 Minuten warten, öffnete Lenka von selbst die Türe. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Fernseher brachten wir nicht zum Laufen, aber wir haben ihn dank unseres Programmes und des W-Lans nicht benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wer weiß, vielleicht sieht man sich nochmal wieder, denn Prag ist immer eine Reise wert.

A pleasant stay
We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for the second time, and it was a great experience again! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. It was the perfect retreat to relax after a long day. The facilities in the apartment left nothing to be desired. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the area. There are some small shops and cafés/bars nearby and a lovely park with a small vineyard ideal for relaxing walks. We can recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit!

Schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Eine schöne Altbau Wohnung im 4. OG und toller Lage. In 15 Minuten erreicht man die Innenstadt per Tram. In der Nähe gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken wenn man die gut eingerichtete Küche der Wohnung nicht nutzen möchte. Einziges Manko, die Wohnung hat nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1x Doppelbett und 1x Einzalbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit 1x Schlafsofa. In der Beschreibung war von 2 Schlafzimmern die Rede. Aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.

Enjoyable stay in Prague
We enjoyed our stay - it was a nice apartment in a nice area. It was well equipped although we couldn't find the microwave that was listed. The information about the area and Prague generally which Gottfried supplied was very helpful. We were a bit confused by the number of rooms - a living room and 2 bedrooms were listed but one of the bedrooms was the living room.

Altbaucharm in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, nicht mehr die Neueste (Risse in den Wänden, alte Fenster) aber schöne hohe Decken, große Räume und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, in den Schubladen waren noch die Krümmel der vorherigen Gästen vorzufinden. Das Schlafzimmer ist vorne zur Straße ausgerichtet, dennoch kann man in der Nacht auch mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Im allgemeinen ist es eine ruhige Umgebung.

Eine Reise wert
Prag wurde uns immer als besonders sehenswert angepriesen und wir müssen sagen, dass das nicht übertrieben war. Dank der tollen Lage der Wohnung konnten wir prima zwischen Erholung und Sightseeing wechseln. Auch der Mini- Market in der Nähe war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung war selbst bei heißen Temperaturen super bewohnbar. Danke an den Vermieter für die hilfreichen zuvor geschickten Unterlagen und den freundlichen Kontakt.

Cómodo y amplio
La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, estaba esperando y en cuanto nos vio bajo a para ayudarnos. El apartamento es muy cómodo y amplio, los espacios son muy grandes. La única pega es que está un poco alejado del centro para ir andando y en nuestro caso con dos bebés ( con sus sillitas ) el medio de transporte ha sido un poco caótico porque hay tranvías muy viejos que tienes varios escalones para subir y bajar.

Wunderbare Wohnung mitten in Prag
Wir verbrachten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser schönen Stadt. Das Appartement liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil, ist super ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz. Kleinere Supermärkte und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Anschluss zur Straßenbahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Tolle Wohnung – groß, sauber, hell, gemütlich – in sehr entspannter und ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns direkt total wohl gefühlt. Wir haben vom Vermierter tolle Tips und viele Informationen vor unserer Reise erhalten – so waren wir perfekt vorbereitet. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super nah und einfach. Tolle Cafés und Restaurants sind Fußläufig oder mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Rundum war alles super und wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür :-)
