Our Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of highly acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and distillery. Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy's famous Mass Avenue.

Why they chose this property
This is a great little Cottage that is close to downtown and lots of great food and dining. The neighborhood is going through lots of development so there is plenty of new construction going on around the Cottage.
What makes this property unique
We are located close to the Monon trail so don't forget to bring your bikes! Our Cottage has a great front porch along with a private back deck that has a hot tub and firepit. Enjoy!
