Riad des Rêves, avec jacuzzi - Coeur de Medina

In the souks district and the famous Place des Epices, you'll stay at the "Riad des Rêves", a traditional house located 5 minutes' walk from Place Jemma El Fna, in the historic center of the old town: the Medina.

Unlike commercial guest houses, this is a private Riad, rented out entirely and exclusively, where privacy and conviviality are preserved.

Our riad is ideally located in the heart of the souks, between Place Jemma El Fna and Place des Epices.
It's family-friendly, with 13 beds divided between double beds, single beds and bunk beds, allowing different configurations in each room.

This Riad is first and foremost a family home, not a guest house or hotel.
It's perfect for people who want independence: you're at home, no one will disturb you.
There is no staff in the Riad, except on request.

We rent it exclusively. So you have all the space at your disposal, except for the laundry room, where our personal belongings are kept.

Our manager, Rachida, will welcome you for the inventory of fixtures, explain how the equipment works and answer any questions you may have. She will then slip away, but will still be available for any requests you may have during your stay: reservations for visits or excursions, meals etc...

A full Moroccan breakfast or meals can be prepared and served daily, on request. These services must be paid for in cash on site.

First floor:
* an air-conditioned and heated lounge/dining room (rare in the medina),
* a kitchen at your disposal.

2nd floor:
* patio,
* three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with bunk beds for 5 people,
* 2 shower rooms (one communicates with 2 bedrooms).

3rd floor:
* a fourth air-conditioned bedroom, with 2 separate spaces for 4 twin beds,
* a shower room,
* a terrace, not overlooked, with a large dining area under a pergola, and a solarium with deckchairs.

4th floor:
* Terrace under pergola, with lounge area and jacuzzi freely accessible all year round!
* Exceptional 360°C views over the rooftops of Marrakech, the Café de France, the Koutoubia, the Ben Youssef mosque and the Atlas peaks...
