Excellent séjour

Très bon logement, simple et efficace. Très bien entretenu et propre. Tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, la propriétaire fait tout pour que l'on ai besoin de rien et est très accessible et sympathique. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande sans soucis.

Mega entspannt, es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ganz liebe und herzliche Menschen. Vor Ort hat man fussläufig Geschäfte und die Altstadt. Kommen gerne wieder....

Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Lage ist ca 4km von der Innenstadt Und den Stränden entfernt. Es gibt in der Nähe kleine Restaurants und Bars. Und ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch auf kurzem Weg.

Sehr zentrale Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieter, gute Lage Bäcker und kleiner Laden ums Eck und nach 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Pula.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Unsere kleine Wohnung befand sich wirklich nur ca 15 Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt . Wir wurden liebevoll und mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen. Hatten noch nie so saubere Unterkunft erlebt. Unsere Vermieter haben eine Empfehlungsliste mit besten und bezahlbaren Restaurants, Parkplätzen und Badeorten. Sie waren die ganze Zeit über für uns erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Soggiorno a Pola

La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è stata molto accogliente e gentile. La casa è carina, confortevole e ben attrezzata. Belle le spiagge di Premantura e di Verudela. L'Istria è molto bella con tanti boschi. Pola invece a parte l'anfiteatro romano e poche altre antichità, non offre molto. Molti centri commerciali, tutti concentrati in una sola zona. E una città che ha subito grandi trasformazioni negli ultimi anni con una grande periferia. Infine il passaggio all'euro dal 1 gennaio 2023 ha fatto schizzare i prezzi alle stelle. Grande fregatura l'euro.

Perfect for our needs

Thank you to Jadranka and family for welcoming us to Pula. The apartment more than met the needs of our family and the beds were very comfortable, the area the apartment is in was in walking distance of everything you needed to see in the city. Jadranka was helpful throughout but still respects your privacy. Couple of early wake up calls for the construction nearby, but you can see the area is in the midst of development. The cost of the apartment represents true value for your pocket and we were not disappointed. Thank you again and the parting gift was truly appreciated we will be back to Croatia for sure

Les propriétaires de la maison sont gentils, chaleureux et agréables. La maison est propre et l'endroit est calme. C'était un super endroit où séjourner. Un'oasi di tranquillità appena fuori dal centro di Pola

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato insieme al nostro bimbo di 6 mesi a casa Misic. Una piccola oasi di tranquillità appena fuori dalla città. Appartamento accogliente in un contesto molto green. Buona posizione sia verso il centro della città che verso le spiagge. Molti negozi e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Eccellente!

Casa perfetta per visitare la bella e vivace città di Pola e le sue stupende spiagge con il mare cristallino. Slavika e Jadranka sono due persone eccezionali, ci hanno fatto trovare anche la frutta al nostro arrivo e ci hanno regalato il loro liquore alla partenza. La casa ha tutti i confort: aria condizionata, lavatrice, posate, lenzuola, stoviglie...tutto. La zona è tranquilla e, a piedi, in 10/15 minuti, si raggiunge il centro storico/porto. Supermercati vicini. Mare bellissimo. Con i nostri figli e la nonna siamo stati bene come a casa! Ciao, Francesco e Angela

Familienurlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Internet beschrieben, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit ihrer Familie auch auf dem Grundstück, man hat also keine komplette Privatsphäre. Im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin, eine Rutsche und ein kleines Spielhaus leider hat man keinen direkten Zugang von der Wohnung zum Garten für uns war das mit den kleinen Kindern (5 und 1 Jahr) nicht geeignet weil wir sie von der Wohnung aus nicht hören und sehen konnten. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit vielen Olivenbäumen, für Eltern ist es nicht möglich mit den Kindern zu spielen man muss sich unter die Bäume durch schlängeln. Das Spielhaus steht sehr versteckt unter den Bäumen und ist auch nicht mehr in einem gepflegten Zustand gewesen, Zum Thema Sicherheit, an dem Trampolin fehlte der seitliche Schutz über die Federn das für mich persönlich sehr gefährlich ist, und der Reißverschluss könnte nicht mehr zu gemacht werden, er war ausgerissen. Nach Mitteilung an die Vermieterin wurde Schaumstoff über die Federn gelegt der aber nicht fest war und somit immer weg rutschte. Außerhalb der Ferienwohnung haben wir keine Möglichkeit gefunden etwas spazieren zu gehen ohne direkt an der Straße zu sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele ohne weit fahren zu müssen, wie auch schöne Badestellen. Im großen und ganzen war es okay, für uns nur nicht ganz geeignet.

Immer wieder gerne

Unser Urlaub über insgesamt 12 Tage wurde durch die Wohnung und die wundervolle Vermieterin abgerundet. Neben dem schönen Ambiente von Kroatien kamen wir zusätzlich in den Genuss sehr freundliche Menschen kennenlernen zu dürfen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin war für uns ein absolutes Highlight. Selten ist uns ein Mensch von Beginn an so offen und vertrauensvoll entgegengetreten, wie hier. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben während unseren Aufenthalts nichts vermisst. Durch zahlreiche Touristeninformationen seitens der Vermieterin ist unser Urlaub letztendlich unvergesslich geworden. Wir würden jedem diese Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Tanta gentilezza

I proprietari ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza.Ci hanno fatto trovare l'appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno. C'erano perfino sale olio detersivi...lavatrice,aria condizionata, wifii. ..Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di gustare anche alcuni prodotti del loro orto. Sapevamo che potevano fidarci di loro e che per qualsiasi evenienza avremmo potuto contare sul loro aiuto.

landestypische,gemütliche Feriewohnung mit angenehmer Gartennutzung

Durch das freundliche Entgegenkommen der Vermieter fühlt man sich willkommen.Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet.Inventar war ausreichend und in ordentlichem Zustand verfügbar.Wir bekamen viele nützliche Tipp´s für den Stadtbummel,welcher bequem zu Fuß gemacht werden kann.Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne Fahrzeug zu erreichen.Mehrere große Einkaufsläden sind ebenfalls in kurzer Reichweite.

Accogliente e pulito!

Siamo stati a Pola qualche giorno e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo appartamento! Proprietari gentilissimi e davvero accoglienti! L’appartamento, con due camere matrimoniali e’ adatto a due coppie ed e’ dotato di tutti i confort, pulito e carino! C’è anche un climatizzatore per le giornate piu’ calde! C’è un giardino con una terrazzetta adatta per le serate con un barbecue. Posto davvero tranquillo e silenzioso! Ci torneremo di sicuro
